  • Can’t text 800 numbers, and service is spotty

    Even with pristine internet, my calls somehow are trash. Not sure how that’s possible, but the calls often arent great quality. And not being able to text an 800 number is really annoying. MANY companies text from 800 numbers now, because of the recent laws passed. And I can’t even text them back on this Talkatone line. I pay for the $3.99 subscription too.

    Why can’t this app send pictures why ??? At least most texting apps can send pictures not just received Please add sending pictures to your app features please we can’t be paying 4$ every month and we can’t be able to send pictures to our love ones please do something about it we can only receive pictures we can’t send pictures or I'm I the only facing such challenges????

    The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t show verification codes for any apps/signups UNLESS you pay for the subscription. Otherwise everything else works great call quality is also good.

    i've been using Talkatone for about 2 1/2 or three years, and I deal with a lot of people that get weird when they see something iffy on caller ID so when I use Talkatone somehow there less uptight. I've never asked what it says on their caller ID, but I know it must be something better than what Google talk shows up as on their caller ID that's for sure. The only thing it asks of me is to use it once every month or so which I'm already doing. But, for those times when for whatever reason I haven't used it in a while it always makes sure to let me know with an alert that I have to use it just once to keep my number. which is reasonable. Talkatone is worth it, and the micro transaction upgrades are also fairly priced and reasonable. verdict: it's a winner! Do yourself a favor and try it.
