    Honestly I don’t get the hype about this app. at first I was IN LOVE, I mean who wouldn’t be, such an easy way to get access to Sephora. But after a while the app started glitching. I have an account and one day I would have everything in my cart and the next it disappeared. But, the issue I have most problems with is how nothing even gets into my cart. When I click add to cart it just loads and loads even when I have top notch internet. That’s how I know it’s not on me, it’s on them. And no update ever seems to fix this. Now if the app functioned correctly this would be one amazing app. So I would appreciate if y’all could get back to be quickly with feedback. Thank you.

    I had this app for about almost a year now, and I love it. Except I’ve been having trouble with the login thingy. It’s not letting me login for some reason. I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times, and changing it, but it’s not allowing me to do so. Please change that. It would really make my life easier. Also, make everything cheaper!

    Sephora's recent use of AI (and the resulting layoffs of creative professionals) has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Their products were already expensive, but the way they're using AI to avoid paying people makes those prices unjustifiably high. I will not be buying from them again. They have lost a lot of credibility with this move, and proven that they can't even pretend to care about actual people for the sake of business. AI generated art only exists because it steals from existing artists, and to blatantly use that and lay off real artists just shows that Sephora can't be trusted to provide quality products either. If you can't even pay people for their work, and you have to effectively steal it, where else are you cutting costs? Where else are you willing to cut down on quality to save money? What else are you willing to compromise on?

    I can’t believe the same problems are still occurring with this app. It’s been a mess for over 2 years now. It says I’m logged in but doesn’t show my Route status or any of my orders from this year. I call customer service every time and it’s always the same answer- delete and redownload the app, log on to your account through a private browser. It’s mind boggling to me that they can’t get it together being one of the largest beauty suppliers. Wild.

    Dark UX pattern of only showing in stock inventory if precise location is shared versus typing in the zip code manually. When I input my location manually, the item updates to out of stock and reverts to in stock when precise location is shared for the same location. This is a very shady way to collect data on your customers.
  • Not able to cancel my order

    I ordered 2 items for same day delivery and they didn’t get here. It still says “processing.” If you can’t get any drivers fine, but, you guys should give the option to cancel at the end of the day. I paid $6.95 to receive my items the same day and you guys didn’t honor that. That is completely unfair to the customer to not be able to cancel what you guys didn’t deliver.

    I had bought some items from them like beauty products and makeup and perfume. But, when the package had arrived all that was in it was a sample. I had spent $357.00 on the merchandise and all I received was nothing but a free sample. I had contacted Sephora and they said that they wouldn’t refund me because “the package was delivered.” I even had photo evidence but they still wouldn’t refund me. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. Long relationship with Sephora ended. Not buying from here ever again.
