    I love team snap. Really, I do. However, every time I enter the app, it’s says, we’re having trouble logging in! And then I log back in and still doesn’t work. This has been going on for 2 years help meeeeeee

    GroupMe, google docs, a pencil and paper, messenger pigeon… anything would be better. Waiting 30 seconds for ads to pass in order to see what time my kid’s practice is scheduled might be the death of me. Please coaches… use ANYTHING but this.

  • Poorly Made App

    The TeamSnap app is bug ridden and poorly designed. It often asks you to sign up for a paid subscription with zero indication of what you get for that beyond the free functionality. The chat screen has trouble displaying messages (it appears blank, you must scroll messages into view). It stacks error messages on top of each other (if there are devs, you could check if there’s already a message on screen and not post it again 5-6 times). They say they’re making updates but except for moving the tab bar from the bottom to the top in the past year, it’s no better. This app serves its purpose, but barely.

  • Can't ignore hidden team chat

    If you are on multiple teams, and disable one of them (so it no longer shows up to select), you still get a number by the app showing how's many messages (from the hidden team) you haven't read. And done it's hidden/disabled, there's no way to view them and reset the count. So now the count is completely useless

  • Adding contacts to iPhone broken

    The ability to download roster information to contacts is now broken. Started when I upgraded yesterday to latest iOS. Pressing add to iPhone contacts brings up roster card, and there is no way to get off page. Have to kill app and reopen. TeamSnap not in privacy lust for contacts nor does it have a contact toggle in settings. Fix.

    With iPad, can’t access the photos. Samsung android works and web page works.

    I don’t like to review but this app is ridiculously faulty. First they make you think you need a subscription to see anything and then if you do sign up the app never works. Messages don’t load or disappear completely. Very disappointed

  • Does not work on MacBook

    We use this app regularly and really wanted to be able to use chat on my MacBook instead of the phone. App is good on phone and website works fine but Mac app will not open.

  • App Doesn’t Work

    I don’t want to use TeamSnap on my phone so I went to download it on my Mac instead. It is downloadable on the Mac App Store although once downloaded it will not open, making it useless. I wish it worked.
