  • Great app! One downfall

It’s a great app to keep all the dates and info for events organized in one spot for everyone. One downfall is when creating the event as the coach you can’t “select all” for everyone’s availability to make every “not going” or “maybe”. Only as “going”. I know multiple people/coaches who use this app that wish this were an option. Going in each event and clicking everyone as not going takes a LONG time with over 60 players.
  • Clunky. Can’t handle multiple parents

The entire app is riddled with ads and upsells. Feels like it was built by a high school kid. Seems impossible to connect children with both parents. Forced on us by our youth organization. Game changer is way better.
  • Coaches Don’t Use This App

Parents are inundated with countless ads and then pressured to pay for this app! DO NOT USE it! Coaches, I’m baffled by what you find valuable here, but for parents, this app is absolutely the worst. There are endless ads, and buried somewhere within them is the actual practice information for the team. We’ve been part of numerous teams and have tried every app available, from GroupMe to GameChanger, and this one ranks as the absolute worst. The constant barrage of pop-up ads is a blatant attempt to force us into spending more money. It’s completely unfair to put parents in a position where they have to pay to communicate with you when there are so many better options available.

Amazing! This app shows stats, scores, training, and schedules. My soccer team uses this app for communication and it is awesome! Definitely recommend.
  • Calendar Alerts Not Great

The app allows a user to subscribe to the calendar of a team, and will sync/add the scheduled events of the team directly onto the subscriber’s calendar on their iPhone - this feature is great! The problem is that an event has a reminder/alert at the time of the event - nit before the event. Neither the manager/coach scheduling the event nor the subscriber have the ability to set an alert 1 or 2 hours before the scheduled event. What good is an alert to a game that occurs when the game is scheduled to start??? It would be better if the manager/coach had the option to set an alert 1 or 2 hours before the event OR allow the subscriber to edit the alert.

Great app but it doesn’t have Flag Football.
  • Awful for admins

The free version is fine, but if you are an admin and pay for their service for a whole club, it is awful. The customer service brushes you off when you request help or to report bugs. When you do get a hold of them they take the requests and nothing happens with them. If you follow up about the bugs/feature requests even with the same person they act as if they have no clue what you are talking about. When scheduling games with the auto scheduling feature, you would be better off using AI somewhere else then manually loading it into the program, because their auto scheduling ignores data that you provide it. If I could take away a star I would take away five for the poor customer service.
  • Horrible

Littered with ads and prompts for subscriptions. Logs me in as my child instead of his parent. I have no other option but to used this thing and then uninstall it between seasons to stop the incessant spam of notifications and emails for buying a subscription to this mess. I wish local soccer clubs would use literally any other app than this.
  • Not able to connect to my son’s team.

I’ve tried a link from the coach, and a ‘add family member’ link from my husband. The first attempt to link even deleted last years team. Please help.
  • No possible way to contact support

I’m running into a “403” error. This isn’t in any of the developers documentation. There’s no way to contact the developer through their website, so here’s the only way I can find to HOPEFULLY be heard. Based on how difficult it is to find documentation on the site, I’m sure the rest of the org is probably suffering. Unfortunately this it’s the app the team is using, so I’d like to be able to use it. Fix your documentation… add a means of telling people what to do with a 403 code. Even better… when this particular code pops up (probably very rare), push an automated email creation to them, sending it directly to a dev mailbox, so it can be fixed quickly!
