  • Seat map is so slow to load

    Used to be a easy fast app to switch seats, I travel a lot and now it literally takes about 50-60 seconds to load the seat map. Poor experience! Everything else seems fine.

    I specifically reserved the two seats with window/aisle. Why do I now have seats in the center of the plane?

    I will avoid Delta’s new flights as much as possible now. I am a female, 5’3”, weigh 118 and could barely get to the window seat even with no one else seated in my row. Uncomfortable red-eye flight. No room for legs even for me. Also, the flight attendants on my earlier flight were average at best.

    I wish there was a section where I could look for last-minute flight and travel deals through the app versus having to go online and look that route. As a loyal customer, I wish this was an opportunity.

    App is ridiculously slow to update. Checked 3 times on my connecting airport for the new gate. Every other web operation I did was quick. Not Delta. Caused me a needless walk of a literal mile out of my way. Don’t trust the app. Check the board. Also frustrating check in. Why do I have to confirm the info already stored in sky miles MULTIPLE times when I am logged in??? Typical of the overall delta experience of the absolute minimum service possible and where we can, we’ll charge you more for the privilege of the frustration

We had the absolute best experience as a first time customer on your airline on our international flight from Germany 🇩🇪 back to USA 🇺🇸 Atlanta based flight crew. The crew member Especially “David Diver” & Iris was Extremely helpful ! Completely impressed with this crew member! Wow! Exceeded all expectations! We felt we were given First Class service in coach! We had previously flown on Lufthansa & the food & services were below par your food & services far above the rest! Wonderful experience! Pure joy & loved this crew :) A million times thank you! Please share our comments with Flight attendant David Diver! His caring attitude towards passengers brilliantly demonstrates how important hospitality is! Grateful for everything!   • Reward for Loyalty?

    Over the course of nearly 15 years I’ve brought my business to Delta, buoyed by the perceived rewards and customer service that being a SkyMiles member brings. I recently had to cancel a ticket I had recently purchased, only to be charged 200.00, and lose 20,000 skymiles. And for what? To cancel a flight that was a month away, that creates no actual inconvenience for Delta, the computer age and the internet have made airport booking easier than addition on a calculator. I called hoping to find some reason, some rationale, thinking the thousands and thousands of dollars spent over the years, the years of SkyMiles loyalty would matter. Instead I get the same, familiar script. My mistake of picking the wrong day, for a flight a month away, was going to penalize me $400. Thanks to this, I have no reason whatsoever to opt for Delta in the future. At a time when it’s difficult to make ends meet, and prices seemingly increase daily, how on earth do you justify these kinds of penalties? Shame on you... Joe Holt
  • Change of seats twice

    Delta change the seats. We had booked out over a month in advance. Claiming that when the aircraft changes the computer switched everybody seats. Even though this was an identical aircraft. So the agent moved us to a more preferable location and that is not the seats we got when we got to the airport. Very disappointed in this policy.also on the flight from the United States to Japan. Service of beverages was minimal at best. I don’t think I would choose to fly Delta again overseas.
