    It’s helped me a lot in the past and in more recent classes but the website is so slow it’s sick and annoying 🤬 honestly if ChatGPT had more accuracy I’d use that

    They always get my problems wrong, and often times they “solve” your question by just copy pasting it into chat gpt and then giving you the answer that chat gpt has. If that worked, (it doesn’t) then I wouldn’t be paying for a Chegg subscription, and it’s incredibly frustrating to pay money for a subscription and to have someone solve my problem by just taking 5 seconds to do something I could have done myself, only for the answer to be wrong anyway. Even when they do actually solve the problem themselves they always get it wrong

    I hate the new update. It takes longer for me to find the answer that I need and the new layout is confusing to use. The AI is useless. I liked the previous version much much better. Please bring back the previous version. This AI update is horrible. I’ve had Chegg for years and I have since canceled my subscription because this new layout is not benefiting me. Takes ages now to get a response from real Chegg experts.

    I used to like Chegg to find actual answers to difficult questions. Specifically I needed explanations for the answers. Now they’ve changed it all to be AI. Why would you want to pay $14.99 a month for AI when ChatGPT is free? Not only that, there is no device limit for ChatGPT. Not only that, it actually works. Chegg stopped working on my iPhone as soon as they updated it to be AI-based. I would say since the update it’s not worth it.

    They continue to charge my card for a monthly subscription, despite already cancelling my subscription before the renewal period. They then refuse to refund me, even after stating that I was wrongfully charged for the service that I didn’t request.

  • Charged me 29 bucks when SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED for about two months.

    It gave wrong answers multiple times + i want it a refund from them because i needed the money back and didn't choose an answer for my question yet and i needed the money as it said on app store that it gives a week long trial but they charged me right away which is very deceiving to me! Its a SCAM.

    I had an extensive flash card set that I’d been working and building for a year and then they just took away the flash card app. They’ve been saying for months “it’s coming back soon”, but it hasn’t yet. I’m very frustrated and angry. I lost SO much work.
