    Was a great app for years, now it's grossly over priced at $170/year Great way to run an App into the ground.

    The new interface looks even worse than the previous one. Also when I open the app, it pauses my Spotify. Why does it do that. Couldn’t even find support on the app to report the issue. Edit: As of 05Jan26 it still pauses my Spotify when I open the app. Please fix it. It’s very annoying.

    i cannot believe you took free features and now put them behind a subscription pay wall. being able to see attendees and statistics like what percentage is male or female? you’ve gotta be kidding me. i’m tired of these money hungry corporations taking every opportunity to penny pinch. you get 2 stars for trying to get people to connect again. maybe another app will do better.

    I tried the one week free trial. I did not find anything I would be interested in so I canceled it immediately. Meetup billed me 7 more weeks at $4.99 a week. Since I did not check my Apple account, APPLE would not give me a refund. I contacted Meetup. Their customer service was terrible. I suggest you not join this app. Look for clubs on Facebook.

    The app was always a little slow and clunky, but functional and did what it was intended. Now the app is unusable for me. The pop ups are annoying but I also can’t see friends I already have without paying for the app? The search function for events in your area are hit and miss, even for groups I already belong to, have to search FB and then click on link. I don’t even know what is worth paying for at this point?

    There’s this annoying notification that I’ve been trying to delete but can’t seem to find who, what, where, or how to delete it. Also, it isn’t as it used to be, free. And because of it I just can’t see the value on this app as I used to.
