    Tried to park at work today since they closed the free lot. No payment kiosk in the lot so was forced to use the app. I had my old credit cards on the app and tried to add my new one. The only options available to me were to add paypal, which I don’t have, or to preload a minimum of $25. I could not even edit my previous card information or remove them as all that changed was the expiration and CVC when I got a new one. Horrible user experience.

    Updated review: after reviewing our receipt, I’ve figured out what happened. There were two UX failures: 1. Due to a lack of clear signage, I paid for parking on a Saturday. Turns out weekend parking was free in that zone, but the app did not indicate that anywhere. It gladly took my money - and set my parking expiration time to the time when paid parking starts on Monday plus the duration I paid for. 2. The Live Activity immediately began counting down the duration I paid for. However, the main page of the app showed the Monday morning expiration. So, the Live Activities are bugged: they are setting the countdown based on the duration chosen rather than the expiration time, even though there are cases like above where the expiration time may not be “right now + duration”. Really the bigger fail is #1 though. The app should indicate when parking is free and recommend against paying. That was the whole reason I paid through the app in the first place: no clear signage around, so I had hoped it would indicate the schedule, but it didn’t.

    This app is unusable. I reloaded the app and tried to park today. Won’t take my password and never sent a link. I had to spend a few xtra $$ and park in a garage, which I don’t like to do. Fix this p0c app!

    When I found a spot, I found parking number and setup time, done. If want to do extend, just put time and pay.
