Bezos coddling our fascist in Chief is not compatible with being the owner of our country’s best newspaper.

The high jacking of military while the vicious guide rules for professional VA caregivers allow their refusal to care for those if you disagree with their political beliefs, sexuality, marriage or immigration status. Yes some military are immigrants! Publish the truth! Guardian does!!! Paula Becker
  • The Guardian is better

This app is FULL of ads, even after shelling out for the rather premium subscription. The opinion pieces have always irritated me, with no way to customize or block particular authors or topics. The Guardian's app and entire platform is just way, way better. In The Guardian's app, you can hide content you don't want to see, customize and reorder the front page, the titles are written more clearly with less clickbait/strategic ambiguity, and most importantly, NO ADVERTISEMENTS! Comparatively, this app is just a way to deliver advertisements to your eyeballs. Everything else is apparently secondary. Unless you love viewing ads, do not install this app.

Sunday Post is required reading and when I'm at the Airport, it is very readable on my phone. Plus I can share articles on FB. Thanks! But there are too many ads!

Today’s direction of coverage showed where WaPo is now and in the future. The paper is a disgrace to its heritage and the columnists who tried to tiptoe around what was actually happening are a disgrace to their profession. Especially if they “just” went along with guidance. You have to make a stand.
  • Bezos the Historic Fool

Ego, vanity, and hubris has degraded WaPo from a beacon of truth to a prime symptom of late stage capitalism. Bezos’ bottomless avarice and power-deluded psyche is killing the republic and bringing shame to a once great source of news. Shame on him, he will be infamous in future histories, cancelling my subscription was an easy decision. I encourage the fine journalists and editors who fight for truth to forge a better way elsewhere, looking forward to supporting them.
  • AI voice reading is terrible

“No Kings” rallies draw … audio read by an AI voice has intonations to drive a person to another audio source. D- speech class grade.
  • Report the NEWS!

The Post has consistently failed to report lead stories in a timely fashion. Stop covering up Trump’s crimes! Call him out! Do not allow him to turn our country into a dictatorship!
  • Liberal Slant to the News

Jeff Bezos owns the Washington Post and he still hasn’t made it an unbiased news organization. Many of the news stories are “Anti-Trump”, without regard to all the facts. I’m very disappointed in the Washington Post because they haven’t bothered to intensify the story on the Biden Auto-Pen mess, and much of what many democrats are doing to this country. This is not the Washington Post’s “Watergate”, journalistic style anymore. It is not what they built their prize award-winning news organization on anymore. What a shame!!!

Have used adding “favorite topic” to the menu, since subscribing. Lately topics that I set disappear from the menu. Have added them back several times, but they still disappear after closing and opening your App. Please fix this feature. Edit - fixed and great response from developer. Thank you
