I paid for this app over 10 years ago and I’ve just started to be served ads. Not impressed.

Paid for a subscription. And all I get now is stupid ads for games.
  • Ad-free doesn't mean ad-free.

I downloaded this app, several years ago. I really liked it, so I paid the money to make it 'ad-free'. It was great. I could keep up on what's going on in my area, and I didn't have to deal with ads. Now, in the last several months, they've started pushing some very annoying ads. What did I pay that money for? Obviously, not an ad-free experience. I'll find another app to use. You've gotten all the money you're going to get from me.
  • Pro added ads!

specifically bought the pro version to have all features and no ads a few years back. Open the app today and get hit with a full page ad from Temu that you can barely find the button to close it! Shame on you devs. For shame.

I’m a ff/emt so a lot of times if I miss something or don’t have my pager on I’ll turn this on. It used to be great! I even bought the pro version. But now the ads are horrible!

I purchased an ad free version - for years it was the go to app for emergency response information … however, that is no longer the case: now being served up continuous interruptions as if this was the free version. Is the developer aware that it has materially reneged on its commitment? What about the App Store? Does Apple Inc want to know that the app which cost users $ is no longer delivering as it should?
  • Ads on pro
