I used to think calorie counting was really bad and harmful. But ever since I started counting my calories using MyFitnessPal I’ve realized how much and how terribly i was eating. I switched my diet up and improved my skin, mood, and lost weight with this app. It’s so easy and simple and I don’t have the preminum or anything I just use it regularly and it’s wonderful. Highly recommed!!!

The app is a great opportunity for self awareness of what you eat. Consideration for balance is much easier when it’s in your face it also helps you realize food items that are healthy and unhealthy or food items that you consistently eat and don’t have enough variety.

Best app to keep you in check in your fitness journey, it makes you accountable and by logging your meals you can tell which foods are hindering your progress

You have to pay for almost everything. I don’t think it used to be like this but the only thing that you don’t pay for is: setting goals and logging your food (only the manual typing it in one) pretty much everything else you have to pay for

I love using MFP. Every time I feel like I need to shed a few pounds I go on the app and make sure that I’m within my allowed calories. You can lose weight even if you don’t exercise but it’s always better exercise so you can eat more. Logging meals and snacks is extremely easy. You can create your own recipes to determine how many calories in the meal that you cook. I’m very pleased with the app!
