Been a while since i tried Insight timer. I do meditation daily and have a friend who is starting so i came back to help them find a good start. More difficult to navigate, lots of pay only meditations. Just seems to have lost its way of simply helping people meditate.

This is an amazing place to seek guidance and peace amid the chaos of day to day living, especially in this current violence, hurt and hate that is being promoted through many other channels in our world. This is a free and kind place to be grateful and connect with humanity. Best way to start my day. Thank you💕

I have used this app for 5 years and pay for it. In the last 2/3 they have put so many inane check ins and goals within the interface that it’s begun to stress me out. I use it when I have insomnia, in the middle of the night I do not want to answer a questionnaire about my “goals” I want my back to sleep meditation in 1 tap or less. I will be canceling unless this changes
  • I miss when this was actually a timer

Having to answer an entire battery of questions just to get a timer is unacceptable. I’ve logged thousands of meditations with this app and just finally got fed up and uninstalled it.

Lots of cosmic "holier-than-thou" phonies on this app but every once in a while you come across something really moving and meaningful. I bookmark those and just keep going back to them. Really dislike the rating system on Insight Timer, it seems completely beyond the point, and the strong arming getting people to commit to a daily practice...Also besides the point. You have to laugh at how American it is to have rating systems and practice streaks.
  • Have loved but No ads please.

Trying to meditate and I can't get to my timer because the pop ups for more offerings won't go away everytime I click the X. Please fix it.
  • Absolutely the Best Meditation App

I have tried many apps and although some have been good, this app is amazing. If you can’t find someone you like, then you aren’t even trying. Add the widget to your phone to remind you to meditate. If you think you CAN’T meditate or it isn’t fun but it’s been recommended by friends, doctors, whomever, start here. Invest in yourself. I promise it will be worth it. And if you’re someone who appreciates praise and little things, every day that you meditate, your lotus flower will bloom and it adds to the counter. Things don’t magically change but having an app that helps celebrate the little things like meditating daily and keeps count of the number of days really does help you continue to practice. What are you waiting for? Download this app and start using it. Then subscribe. I promise you, it will change your life one day at a time 😊
  • Leave me alone and stop asking me questions

I can’t open the app for the first time in a little while without being forced to answer a bunch of questions and set my goals, it is incredibly frustrating
