    As of the past couple of weeks I’ve struggled to login/stay logged in, and receive/track my orders through this app, I have been on the phone with a customer service agent and they have t been much help. I can no longer currently login look at my orders or attempt to make a return. The app bugs and glitch’s need to be fixed, because this is ridiculous.

    Got the app and made my account. It did not prompt me with an account number or a username. I am now unable to access all my account information and there are no resources for help. I have called every number for assistance and they have informed me there is no assistance to be provided. Entirely disappointed in this app and the customer service of VS.

    Just recently downloaded this because I signed up for the credit card. I tried to make my first purchase thru the app and paying using option for the card and it gives me an error message. I stopped trying for a day and the sale I wanted 7/$34 is over. Not going to lie, I’m very annoyed.

    placed an order and paid with my Apple Card, which already has my current and correct shipping and billing address. But your system completely ignored that and decided to send my order to an old address that was saved in my account five years ago. The app makes it almost impossible to find where to update shipping info — everything is buried in confusing menus and only shows up at the very last step of checkout.

    i guess they don’t want money! not on the webpage or the app. they’re always having issues, no matter what day of the week it is or what time of the day it is, I BET THE APP WONT LET YOU PLACE AN ORDER and i don’t know how hard it is to make an app function properly in 2025 :)))

    This app used to be good and I’d use it frequently to browse and order. Now, the app is extremely slow and lags endlessly. I can’t use it anymore without it freezing and kicking me off the app or loading for minutes. I wish they’d fix how slow and glitchy the app so that it would be usable again.

    The cashiers at this store treat customers very poorly. They should hire trained, well-educated, and ethical staff to serve the customers who come to shop. Because it's not fair that I go shopping with my money and the cashiers talk to me badly! If they don't want to work, they shouldn't. Change the staff at Merryck Park, Dadeland. And they sell in quantity to whomever they want!
