    “You’ve reached your free article limit” lol ok -deletes app- ABC doesn’t have that neither does most of your competitors. What is so compelling about your news vs there’s that I’d ever pay for it?

  • Ads and sponsored articles on subscription plans is frustrating

    At first, I really liked the app and was happy with my subscription. However, constantly seeing news-like ads and sponsored article placement mixed in with legitimate journalistic articles is infuriating. It really detracts from the credibility of CNN’s reporting and severely diminishes the value of paid subscriptions.

    Now they want to charge you to subscribe. Why are the Americans so money greedy all the time? I will stick with my British/European news apps…they are better and don’t charge to view the news. The BBC and Euro News are far superior.

  • Apple TV app. Doesn’t function

    I’ve used the CNN TV app on and off for a few years, and I recently paid for it — I’m really regretting that decision. The app constantly freezes, the menus are almost impossible to navigate, and I end up force-quitting it over and over. Live TV usually works, but actually using the app the way it’s intended is incredibly frustrating. Not worth the money in its current state.

  • Fix subscriptions!!!

    Finally decided to get the subscription, which I shouldn’t have to do since I get CNN with cable. Every day, I click on at least 1 article and get asked to subscribe. I have to go to account, which says I have year long subscription, but am forced to click link account, which is already liked because the line above acknowledges my year long subscription. If you’re going this route of making us pay for what should be free, at least make it work!!!!

  • The app has slowed to a crawl and paywalls now appear everywhere. It’s worthless.

    Half a year ago I subscrubed on a basic level. They were gradually adding materials out of my subscription on a first page. Now there is almost nothing available for me.

    Subscription is kinda expensive for there being so many adds. I know they need a brake between segments but I wish that there was an option to auto mute the adds when they play. The same adds play over and over too. I like that’s the stream is so portable thought. I like CNN

  • Subscription is pathetic, save your money

    I bought the subscription thinking I could stream CNN luve, just like the regular CNN news on cable or whatever. But you can't, you have to list a cable service you are subscribed to. Also, for some reason the App store shows high reviews, but if you sort by recent they are all bad. Cancelled right away.
