    This app IS Weight Watchers. It lets you know where you stand and when it is time for zero point food. The points part of the app is helpful to find locations with low point foods.

    I enjoy being able to see how many points are in the food I eat and the information is right in the palm of my hands. This is so much better than the old way of having to write everything in order to track it.

    I have lost115lbs 20 from keto and 95 with this app and with intermittent fasting this app is what made it possible I couldn’t do it with out the app using the app and the number system works great it lets me eat foods that I am use to eating not odd meals like Keto that you get tired of very quick I feel very confident that I can actually loose the 60 lbs I need to still loose to reach my target weight
