    The WW app is so easy to use and it keeps all of the things that are important easily accessible. It is diabetic friendly and I love that it lets me keep track of my blood sugar readings.

    Down 25.3 pounds Im burned out 0n ozempic I got from my dr office Dr wants me down another 20 pounds so i took myself out of maintenance Always have a negative weekly by - 60 - 130 after esting 28 weeklys working on this and i dont know why Lisa J P S i went back to my meetings this week to correct my mindset and i was put on the gpl 1 program since im taking ozempic

    Before using Weight Watchers, I kept trying the low carb diet because it worked for me in my 20s. Now, I eat the foods that I like and am over 20 lbs lighter.
