    I joined WW in 2018 and lost over 100 pounds . Using the app it has helped with cooking, tracking, encouraging me. Gave me the tools I needed to change behaviours , attitudes, that have improved my self image. The app went with me where my leader could not go. I have learned so much along the way.

    50 days straight of tracking & slowly loosing. Happy to be on this new program and reversing a trend of gaining and not Caring. There is such flexibility and ways to modify what I was eating with all the guidelines provided here.

    The best way I’ve found to log food and feel confident in my choices is with WW. I hate counting calories, so points help me to feel good about my choices without feeling bad about what I’m eating. I love the zero point foods, which makes it even easier to stick to. I’ve lost over 20lbs using WW and exercise together.

    Not only do I track my daily points but I track my steps as well, helping me to stay in my point budget. A very helpful APP! And all the updates are terrific !

    Intuitive simple and motivating. I wish it would make it easier to compare different progress bars and macros would be awesome ( even if they cost extra)Oh yeah, it works!
