    I am unable to type and delete characters properly while trying to apply on the app. This has a lot of bugs.

    What a scam! I just wanted to see what’s available for a deep housecleaning as a gift for my parents and I figured I could get that done without buying premium. Nope! You can post the job listing, but if you want to message someone or even view the message they sent to apply to your job you HAVE to get premium. Don’t even try to get their contact info, that’s also blocked with a paywall. Seriously Care Team, why even let us post a job for free if we can’t see or talk to the people who want the job? It’s way easier and cheaper to use facebook and word of mouth, or call around housekeeping businesses in your town.

    Functionality is often disjointed with user journey resulting in disappointment. I’ve used several features and all are unusable. When I submit help requests and even escalations I get NO HELP. What a waste.

    Whether you find “help” or not, when you go to cancel be sure to put significant time away to ensure you are prepared to cancel 3+ times. I cancelled via the App Store immediately when I knew it was a waste of money, they then withdrew the money as if it was active. I then cancelled “again” straight with Care.com and documented it. Then after a review they reached out to tell me “sorry you had a bad time but rest assured we just cancelled your subscription” so yeah after THREE times canceling I’m sure they will sneak a few more years in

  • Awful AI Customer Support, Bot Profiles

    I found up to five identical bios when I searched for a keyword looking for Nannys with my values. When I tried to escalate this to customer support chat, I was met with AI responses. I asked to speak to a human and they reassured me I was speaking to a human. My husband is a programmer so he asked the chat to give us a cake recipe. Guess what? They did. AI Bots. This is supposed to be a safe platform to find safe people to watch our children. It should not be outsourced to bots and they should not be lying about it.

    Reached out to support to request why my post was rejected. They were less helpful than the Ai chatbot.

    I’ve had to delete this app and reinstall too many times. I go to search for jobs and I get nothing…. No error message, no still working, nothing to show that it’s working and gimme a minute no nothing. Definitely a better service before everything had to be app based

  • App won’t let you login!

    I’ve been trying to log in through the app since January 2025 and after entering my email and login info, it only directs me to a blank page. I tried everything - logging in using a code, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone - nothing works until now it’s almost November!!

    After downloading and the app asking you to log into your account, it blanks after you enter your password and there’s no way around it so far. Can’t use.

  • Sneaky Recurring Charge

    This is one of those companies that does not inform you about a recurring charge and refuse to refund for quarterly plan after 2 days. Please be aware! Not recommended as there are much better platforms to use
