And with advanced sharing features, it’s easy to share docs and send files—large or small—to family, friends, and co-workers. Features: • Automatically upload videos and photos from your camera roll to cloud photo storage—all in the background—for easy video sharing and photo sharing. • Access any file in your account—even offline—and preview over 175 different file types with no special software required. • Easily send large files by copying and pasting a link you can give to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account. • Scan documents, receipts, IDs, photos, and more using your mobile device and transform them into high-quality PDFs, so you can view and send anywhere. • Sync folders on your PC or Mac to Dropbox with computer backup, and recover older versions or restore deleted files with version history and file recovery. Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space—that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. We’ve also introduced some new features as part of your Plus plan: Dropbox Passwords to store and sync passwords across all your devices and Dropbox Vault to secure and organize your most sensitive documents. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff—from work projects to personal photos—and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off in at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime time from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • Broke a good UI

    By VSConcepts
Burying the add/upload photo in the “create” menu at the bottom instead of the easy to see and access button you had before - was neither intuitive nor helpful as updates go. It’s not intuitive, it’s more steps to use, and made no sense.
  • Did not realize I was being charged

    By Shampooka
I did not realize I was upgraded to a $119 a year plan. My fault I guess, but it seems a little shady that they will not refund the money for the remainder of the year as I am cancelling my subscription. I have contacted someone at Dropbox that on LiveChat. We’ll see if
  • Dont Bother just use google drive

    By ghmcxmm
They wont allow me to download my own music video to my phone. Says mp4 is not supported. Absolute joke. Update. I had saved Instagram live videos from someone who passed away & now they are gone. For absolutely no reason. In fact one of the only videos i have left, the audio was replaced by the audio from a live stream video. This is honestly insulting. It feels like i was stabbed in the gut. Im paying you to erase the only things i have left from her? I swear I’ve never felt such hate & heart brake. This is so inexcusable, for the rest of my life i will pray on dropboxes down fall.
  • Awesome Cloud app but needs better Photo functionality

    By Frustruated with app
I am loving the dropbox app which I been using from past 3 years. I started with free version initially and upgraded to dropbox premium which is called dropbox plus now. One thing I really hope dropbox would bring is better way to back up and organize the photos. Currently everything gets uploaded to Camera Uploads and there is no easy way to organize the photos into different albums. Also an option to do some basic photo editing is great value.
  • Dropbox

I had the app and it needed to be updated so I did. Now it keeps telling me I have no internet connection when I do. Odd.
  • Worst Customer support system

    By C.Kowalewski
I’ve been a customer for over 4 years while in school and I can tell you the company also owns Hello Fax and Hello sign, which repeatedly charged me hundreds of dollars for an account that I never authorized, on top of this, upon trying to return the payment taken from me, support has become completely unreachable. Would never recommend this app or company to anyone I actually care about.
  • Crashes immediately cannot remove and reinstall

    By HotOne2
I absolutely have love dropbox and I’ve had it for many years and had it on my phone. Recently probably about six months ago when I did my last update it will not open for me it opens for a moment and then it crashes and closes out I can’t even find it on my phone unless I go to the finder function on my iPhone. I’m really disappointed as I love the program and use it for my business and it is giving me a severe handicap on my Apple devices. I wish somebody could help me from dropbox to remove the application and reinstall

  • What happened to the Save function

    By gamist
I cannot save a movie/clip to the camera roll anymore! Please put back! Necessary to text vids! Edit: AHA. Sorry!! I found it--it moved. I love this app!
  • Battery Drain and Freemium Model

    By kingdrewsea
My top complaints about Dropbox is the freemium model for data sharing. It’s either 2 GB free or 2 TB for a subscription cost. I’d like to see more free storage than 2 GB. That’s not enough to hold more than some text documents. Less than 1 DVD or flash drive could carry. Especially now that the competition is Google and Microsoft which both offer more free cloud storage. Other complaint is battery drain accros all platforms, mobile, desktop, and Mac. There needs to be more efficient algorithm for managing syncs instead of just “always” syncing. Especially considering this is not the only cloud service most users will be running. Please optimize this app better.
