And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff—from work projects to personal photos—and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off in at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. • Seems to still have some bugs

    By Carpenbury
When it works it’s awesome but: ( I’m using iPhone 11 Pro Max , all software uptodate and wifi upload speed from phone to server is 8MBs.) Now I’m primary interested in pictures Pros: saves my photos with out compression Cons: you have to remember to open the app when you put it in the charger to back up the photos It only up loads at about 4 photos a minute. One of our phones we took 5000 photos one month and the auto up load feature just fails, acts like it wants to start but never does. Tried to select the 5000 photos to up load but the software crashes every 15-20 min. And videos can take several days to up load unless they are just a few seconds long So works well if you don’t take many photos and don’t take any videos and remember to start the up load every night.
  • Reliable!

I’ve been using Dropbox for many years now. I’ve tried others, but I haven’t found anything else that keeps me as organized and creates a smooth workflow.

  • No iOS live photo support

    By Nick49571
I like the app, it’s easy to use. But why don’t you have iOS live photos support? Don’t you remember the feeling when you first see the live photo in a newspaper from the first Harry Potter? Why dropbox, why? I don’t understand.
  • Pitiful Regression

    By Pugsley Atomz
As of lately, Dropbox just totally skips certain photos that it should be backing up to Camera Uploads with no rhyme or reason. And it no longer backs up on its own — you have to open the app to start the process KD complete the process. So it’s gotten manual and glitchy as compared to how it once worked perfectly. It’s a shame.
  • Sort by name has been broken for months

    By TimToon
The sorting by name is broken, with files coming after folders. That is not sorting alphabetically, it is sorting by type. I reported the bug ages ago and my tickets just disappear. The chatbot is no help and customer service talks in circles. When will this get fixed?
  • Worse than Apples Files System

    By @davessuccess
Can you believe it? I huge company like dropbox can make it’s own app worse than Apples files system on the iPad. Don’t get me wrong. Dropbox is one of the best options yet they make it soooo frustrating to use! Things take forever to upload, you can’t navigate folders normally like on the mac and the worst part is that when it syncs with the apple files system on iPad, it never syncs properly or completely. I’m updating this review because of how frustrating it is to use again. I’m starting to wonder why I still spend my money with dropbox for business spending $50 a month. I just don’t understand how smaller companies (like “PDF viewer”) that use a file system can be better than the ultra huge dropbox corp. This is awful 😡
  • So many sticky little problems now

    By Trmsd
Nagging little problems that crop up daily now. The latest is that I can’t save documents to my dropbox from within chrome on IOS. I a logged-in, the save dialog pops-up, and I have selected the folder location, but the ‘save’ hyperlink never enables. It also doesn’t let you rename the suggested file name which is just the timestamp. This has been going on for quite some time; works sometimes, doesn’t most of the time. I usually have to break out my laptop and do it from there, which really defeats the whole purpose of the app. Used to be a great and functional app but not any longer
  • Camera uploads no longer working

    By 5272dactyl
Photos/videos from camera roll haven’t been uploaded to Dropbox since mid-June. And ditto the user’s comment about how edited videos aren’t uploaded to Dropbox, only the original version. Will have to find a different service if these issues persist.
  • Uploading Videos

    By Steve10081987
Stuck in upload for hours… Pictures seem to do just fine but for some reason videos never upload.
