App is garbage, constantly logs you out. Has randomly reset my password multiple times, technical support is difficult to get ahold of. Impossible to get password reset. Would not recommend, there are slot other better apps to use.

I’ve been using this for years now and it is the best manager I’ve found. Couple this with some general cybersecurity best practices and you’ll limit your vulnerability online.

I have dozens of passwords saved and it never lets me down. It’s the only manager I use. Easy to organize and access.

This used to be a fantastic site for many years but since it was hacked a couple years ago it is junk and not dependable and they keep playing with it to no avail. If you’re just starting out with one of these go or better yet run somewhere else. Ps I have been with them for over 10 years

Been using the app for the past few months and it’s been great. My business partner and I can share passwords with each other. So if one of us changes the password for any reason, it automatically updates and I don’t have to try and figure out what he changed it to. The Auto sign in feature is amazing. The fact that you can turn that feature on and off for each password account is great. Sites that require 2 factor authentication you need to leave it off or it will pre fill your email as you’re trying to type a code. Overall, I have this on every device and chrome profile so I always have my passwords. If I’m anywhere that I don’t have my passwords, I can just sign in to my chrome profile on another computer and have quick access to my passwords. I’ve even forgotten my credit card when I went shopping at Sam’s. Was able to open the app and get my CC info to put into the Sam’s app and use the pay and go feature. Amazing must have tool.

I love it. My password notebook in one spot. It still needs to auto work in many areas that rivals keep trying to keep it out, so that is the only reason for 3 star. I still prefer this one to all the others.

Have tried to add passwords and it won’t save them. How do I delete my account? Waste of time
  • Expensive and technical issues

At $36/yr, it’s pretty expensive. Also, the issue they have/had with consuming computer resources has been awful.
  • Will not waste my $$

Rarely works the way it’s supposed to. I had to wipe my phone after I got scammed and can’t get any Authenticator accounts back. It did not restore from backup! Since Google and Apple and others are saving your passwords for free now, why should I go to all this hassle? We had to stop using it on my husband’s computer because it always tells him his password is invalid. We can’t get in, we can’t use it, it is worthless to us!

LastPass makes it so difficult to reach support. Having issues with login but yet they want you to login first to contact support. Makes no sense. Once I find their support number will be canceling.
