  • Works well, too expensive

This is a nice password organizer, I have been writing them down, so I can cancel at some point given the cost.
  • Even worse than my last password security

You have my subscription $$$. Your tutorial for setting up passkeys is as bad as all you other “how to” tutorials, shame on you
  • No refunds, even if you never used it

After I paid for LastPass, I realized it was going to be a nightmare to set up. I quickly deleted my account without having used it. Their chat is an automated thing that’s impossible to deal with, and in order to send them a message they demand all kinds of info they don’t need, like my phone number. No thanks. Buried in their FAQs, I discovered they won’t issue any refunds, even if, like me, you never used it and don’t even have an account with them. Best yet, they now have my credit card number and plan to automatically “renew” me in a year. Be warned.
  • You resets do not work.

I have been unable to access my master password. I cannot seem to reset as it of course requires the same revious password. This is stupid. If I forgot it then how would I have it. This app is so frustrating.
  • Overly complicated and unresponsive to what the user wants

This app is more than a pain in the proverbial neck. 1. Sometimes, it works with a website and sometimes it doesn't. 2. When filling out online forms, it pops up at every line to be filled, blocks one's view of the form being filled and interferes with the process moving forward. 3. When trying to find out how to deactivate LP from doing above #2, good luck!

I have used LastPass for quite a few years and find it to be quite easy to use whether you want to use your own password or whether you want them to generate one for you.
  • Nonexistent Customer Service

I’ve been a (relatively happy) LastPass customer for a few years, but in the last year things have gone totally off the rails. I kept being unable to log into my account on my computer even though I KNOW I was typing my master password correctly because I WAS able to log in successfully on my phone! In my frustrationI went through the account recovery process multiple times and created brand new passwords only to be met with the same issue - unable to log in on my computer, but successfully able to log in on my phone. A million glitches and nonexistent customer service. The most common issue it seems that people have is with logging in, but of course you have to log in in order to reach customer service and like many companies these days they’re prefer to direct you to email rather than phone so you have to wait days to get a response … and if the response is something unhelpful like “It looks like there are failed login attempts due to an incorrect password” when you know you were using the correct password, it’s infuriating!!!

Nothing bad to say. LP has been my trusted on demand memory bank for all my PW Because these days with all the apps there is just too much to remember. Love this app! Cost for peace of mind is reasonable too!
  • Have to login way to many time

The app is okey but I use that limited. The website browser extension is good when it works but then it doesn’t I have to log in 8 times for it let me see my password. Terrible experience!
