  • Decent app

I have had this app for years before there was a paywall to get my favorite Gourmet recipes. I am not a huge fan of the new format in terms of how to view content. Also often the app is verrry slow to open or has to be manually closed and reopened to load.
  • Old App was better

This “new” paid-for app is unstable and unreliable. Wish they could bring back the old free version. I’d be happy to pay for that one!
  • Great App but unstable UI

Love the app content but it crashes a lot while in the middle of making a recipe. Have called customer service but they tell me it happens.
  • Much improvement needed

I am a paid subscriber, yet I’m often asked to sign in again, and again, and again… I also receive emails from Bon Appetite for featured recipes. When I click on one of the recipes, it should take me right into the app like NYT app does, but it doesn’t. Then I have to manually open the app to look up the recipes. When I finally able to read the contents and planning for the meal prep, the app can crash and quit often. I don’t think I’m going to renew. What a wait of time and money.
  • Terrible App

I’m a Bon Appétit subscriber so was basically forced to download this to save recipes. First of all, there’s no connection between the site and the app, so if I want to save something I have to search for it in the app and half the time it doesn’t show up. Now for the past week, the app won’t even open. Really annoying.
  • Keep it easily accessible

I’ve been saving recipes since the early 2000’s and have had subscriptions to both Bon Appétit and Gourmet . In someone’s wisdom there was a crackdown forbidding us to access our recipe boxes . No I shouldn’t have to log on or receive codes to access . Just leave it alone .
  • Great Content. Slow Functionality

Love these recipes but often find the app slow or even non responsive. Really frustrating when I’m trying to locate something.
  • Why are you continuing to torture me?

The latest in this awful saga - the app is so slow and now it times out during searches.

This site no matter how many times I update my app, doesn’t open well, takes forever and doesn’t link from emails. Waste of money!
  • Glitchy

This app gets stuck trying to open, and often starts showing me the same recipes when I scroll down a page. Just seems to glitch out a lot.
