    App isn’t well thought out. Couldn’t log into it for the longest time. Can’t copy and paste routing or account numbers. It’s all kinds of frustrating.

    Update June 2025: The app was updated so that you do not need to add your password a second time to login after receiving a verification text. Very good news. However, the app now does not recognize a device if you’ve logged into another one and then it arbitrarily turns off FaceID capabilities. One must then log in with a password, get a verification text code, login and then re-enable FaceID. Every time. I enjoy using Chase credit cards but have had the same issue with this app for years. I’ve written reviews and to Chase directly, but they do not acknowledge the problem. Issue - YOU CANNOT ENABLE FACEID ON 2 DEVICES. When I enable it on my I iPad, it is turned off on my iPhone and vice versa. This is the only app that I am aware of that does this. It is a huge inconvenience.

    An ACH Payment was initiated three days ago. It was in pending review for two days inside the app without an email notification. How would I know that a message center even exists if I don’t get an email notification?This is a vendor that I have a payment relationship with via ACH. After calling the customer service line two days ago and authorizing it, my vendor still hasn’t received the ACH. Chase app does too much and it is over-engineered. Pay and Transfer hub completely needs to be re-done and some other non essential products need to move to a separate app like Credit Cards, Chase offers, My net worth and other items that get in the way of banking (your core business). Moving my business accounts to another bank if this continues.
