    Since the update thumbs down 👎on iPhone app is missing/no longer there so the songs I don’t like keep coming up. Please fix it asap

    Music always get's interrupted with short 1 minute synopsis of the artist playing next...Like don't really care, just play the music! Add free $3 sub gives you unlimited skip but you can't jump back to the previous song unless you pay for the $10 sub. Spotify free gives you skips, rewinds and scrubbing...for free. AND Spotify "made for you" stations is spot on, giving you vibes. LiveOne has no such feature. All the playlists and stations are so scrambled and outdated. AND if you dislike a song, they'll still play it after a while. Their music library is also lacking and some hiding behind $10 sub for albums that came out years ago. I can feel them reaching for my wallet with nothing in return and it's disgusting.

    This music app is great!! I love its accessibility and its simplicity of the design interface. They recently added your year in review 2024 feature, however you cannot access it. I'm not sure why it keeps appearing everytime I listen to music or podcasts, especially if you can access it. I click on it and nothing happen. I have tried closing and re opening the app, but nothing happens. Other than that minor flaw, this app is great!

    This is one of the most temperamental apps I’ve come across. I constantly having to switch back and forth between using WiFi and cellular data. Today alone, it’s done this no less than 7 times. And now it’s time for something else. If it’s free, that’s one thing, but I paid for a subscription and will not be renewing it

    Been a premium subscriber since Slacker in 2008 and stayed with the LiveOne platform throughout all these years. I found out today nearly half the music I’ve favorited and downloaded to play offline, over 500 are missing. Something about no license to play. I’m extremely disappointed. If the artists and songs missing don’t come back by the end of year you’ve lost a customer. Please get the licensing fixed

    Was good a few years ago. Now I cannot even connect with any account, Tesla account or personal. And just see what happens changing your password and you can’t login for 3 days. 💀

  • Forced to use with Tesla. Broken for a month

    Tesla’s streaming now requires LiveOne account. It’s been broken since and I can’t get streaming working. I used the app to register and this may be the problem. I’ve emailed support countless times but there are useless. Now I need to escalate to Tesla since these guys are clueless.
