    Affordable calorie and macro counter that works way better than free options. I have two gripes. One is that this app is really only set up to accommodate weight loss. If you’re eventually going to bulk, look elsewhere. There are several ways in which the app makes it hard or frustrating to keep up with calories and custom macros for weight gain. The second concern is that the app will give you advertisements for other services Lose It offers, even when you’re paying for a subscription. I really do like this app, though, and it’s helped me stay on track.

    I find this app way easier to use and more simple that other apps like it. (MyfitnessPal) Also, it is WAY CHEAPER! They give you ways to buy for the year (20$) or own it forever (50$) I have used Lose it for 80 days now according to my streak and so far it’s been great at helping me track what I am eating among other things. I use it to track my workouts, meals, take pictures of what I eat, my protein, sugar, sodium and fiber intakes, etc. It presents everything in a very simple to read way. It sends weekly summaries to your email. You can even change the way it looks! You can change the app theme or color easily in settings. The only thing I dislike about this app is the name. Having “LOSE IT!” big as heck pop up across my screen every time I open this app in public is slightly embarrassing for me. That is my only issue.

    I have been using this app for many years and although their attempts to have you upgrade to premium are extremely obnoxious, I managed. They just removed many features that I use that are really just quality of life features like importing recipes and scanning barcodes? I will be looking for another app for sure.

    Whenever you are tracking calories, going on a diet, bulking up, or whatever other nutrition related endeavor you’re doing, having intrinsic or self motivation is key. However, apps like this can assist in keeping you accountable, it’s like a friendly boost to remind you of the goals that you set for yourself. User friendly - attractive interface- and easy to navigate.

    Best I’ve ever used! I’ve done weight watchers and I’ve used carb trackers with keto. This is the best all-around tracking app in my opinion, and I’m currently on a daily tracking streak of 855 days - over TWO YEARS - so that should tell you something. You can track calories, carbs, proteins, etc. The database is massive. It’s easy to add to, and also easy to create recipies. Try it!

    I have been using Lose it for a while now. It does not have a wide variety of foods to choose from. You can put things in manually, but who knows all the information to put in? I have used other apps. There has usually been bar codes that you can scan in to calculate everything. So much easier and those apps were free. I also wish they had a place to put medications in. Just so everything is in one place. They say you can put in glucose, but it is just your goal. There should be (3) places a day to put in your glucose and blood pressure. I think a lot more people would use this app if these changes were made.

    Started Lose It a couple of weeks ago and have lost 2 pounds. This is great for me as I only need to lose a few pounds. I was stuck until I had the calorie counter. Also the exercise tracker is wonderful and so encouraging. With Lose It you see the numbers how much exercise impacts the calories. Lose It gave me that motivational boost I needed. Also the tips and information is helpful. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced premium.

    This app is great! it’s easy to input foods and workouts. The calories are very accurate. I’m allready somehow down a pound and i’ve been using the app for 5 days. Amazing!!!
