  • Vogue robbed me of my previous digital issues

    The “upgrade” of the Vogue app is a considerable “downgrade”. Vogue used to have two separate apps, one of which a subscriber (past or present) could access the digital issues that we paid for. Since the change to one app, those issues have disappeared, unless you are a current subscriber and frankly, current Vogue isn’t worth the subscription fee. It’s disingenuous and bad business to undermine the customer/vendor relationship- a veritable breach of the social contract. And the newest version of Vogue’s app is lousy to boot.

    Unable to view information regarding print subscription. Would like to know when the print will be delivered. Want to be able to change and or verify address for print edition.

    For such a sophisticated company, I’m shocked by the ineptitude of this app for sign in. I created an account, purchased a subscription (Sidebar: cancelled a previous subscription for the exact same issue two years ago) and am in an endless loop of being asked to sign in with my active account. Guess what doesn’t work despite numerous attempts. The system’s identity management is beyond confused which makes for a very frustrating UX. Get it together Vogue. You’re better than this…or at least you once were…a few years ago.

    The app says “Your Vogue subscription is active” AND “You do not have any subscriptions”. I have linked my subscription to my account, have print and digital, but I have no access to the magazine digitally through the app.

    Sign in codes denied, trouble signing in, cannot save bookmarks/images with the option to save in app. Vogue Archive not available in the app.

    Purchased this as a gift for my daughter I wanted to log in and make sure it works and all the things. Says you don’t need a password in the confirmation email but when in the app it prompts sign in with password or one time passcode. Tried to log in with password code but never received one to my email. Concerned for fraud!

    So ridiculous. The app says my subscription is active, yet when I go to “my subscriptions,” it says I have none. I wanted to cancel because I want no part of being charged automatically for another year. I’m sure they make it as opaque as possible on purpose so they can trap you into an endless subscription. I guess I’ll just have to dispute it with my credit card when that happens.
