    Agent wanted me off the chat as fast as possible. No interest in hearing my issue or helping. He just spewed out his usual canned responses and went back to playing sudoku. What a joke of a company! I had such high hopes. Now that care reached out, they have erased all my records on the one working version of my application!! Good thing i took screen snaps of all 70 records before getting sabotaged by their support team! Jeez what idiots! Think before you act people!!

    Have been using Keeper almost forever. Over the last several years I have found it to be less than positive, not totally user friendly, sometimes not providing correct password information. Have thought about switching to another password manager except it will probably take forever for me to transfer all the information. One day I will do it!!!!

    Unlike my previous PW protection app, a search will not find a word within a record. It is not a global search which for me is very important. For instance, I use 1 record with a multi-line field to list a number of sites that use the same login info. If I search for the name of the site, the app will not find it as it is not in the title of the record. I do not need to clutter the app & use more phone memory just to add every single site as a separate record. For this reason alone I may have to change back to my previous app that I didn’t like as much. Please add a global search.

    All of the passwords I had saved on this app were hacked. Any passwords I did not have on this app remained secured. I have had to cancel my banking information and reset every single password that was on this app. I was never notified of the hack.

    I used this product for several years, before Apple introduced the (much better integrated) Password manager. Apple’s product is now far superior and works much better, and I recommend using that if you’re entirely in the Apple universe, like I am, and any other password manager if you’re forced to deal with Android/Windows. Thus I decided to not continue my subscription when it came to an end. Which is apparently beyond acceptable for this company, because I now get daily emails demanding I resubscribe and telling me my payment failed. It didn’t, I didn’t choose to renew it. These emails tell the customer to contact a specific support email address, but when you do, it auto-responds that the email address is unattended, so go to a support website. Any message you send there will just tell you to re-subscribe. They don’t read, they just have auto-responders. All I want is for this company to stop harassing me for a payment that I will never now send. They’ve lost any good will they once had from me.

    I used a paper password book before, and it was always a pain to get it out and find my password. Now it’s as simple as two clicks or less. Fantastic time saver and convenience tool.
