  • Love the content Hate the app

Dear NYTimes. I love you. Your app is a mess. I can’t customize the stories I want to listen to. I’m not interested in the interview segments. Yet all I get at the top every time I open the app is the interview. Im guessing it’s a failed segment that you’ve attached the to daily to try and get more listeners but I am over it. Make it stop. I have to stop and bypass every time to get to the content I want. I know that you can fix this
  • App Interface is not customizable

I can’t believe that it’s impossible to customize sections. Not everyone reads the same sections and so would be nice to make favorites readily available.
  • Headlines

I don’t love this new layout. The navigation of the old app - Audio was simple and pleasing. All the sections at the top, no DATES for the Headlines, I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all. It feels clumsy and dumb.
  • Bias Basis of The NY Times Too Apparent

There’s hardly any good news when there is good news about the economy, crime, border control and in general how government has improved where it has in fact improved.
  • Stopped working

Won’t open on my phone or iPad. Everything appears to be updated. Never heard back from the Times when I asked for help.
  • Intrusive tracking

App now insists I allow tracking every time I open it. Respect my wishes or lose my business.
  • Deep links broken

For the last month or two, when I tap a link from a NYT email or from an alert from the app, it opens the app but does not go to the article from the link. I end up having to search for the title of the article. Very annoying

What happened to the Epstein files? Also, waiting on an investigative analysis illegal immigration (no healthcare) has on the healthcare industry. Take your time.
  • I am so grateful that our country still has the New York Times

I am heartbroken about what has happened to the Washington Post, and I am grateful that it hasn’t happened to the New York Times. I hope the public will support the New York Times with subscriptions so that it doesn’t end up in the hands of some craven billionaire.
