  • Don’t use for Crypto unless you have a few days

    The 1st time I bought some crypto, and wanted to send it to someone right away it held up the transfer for 48hrs as a “security measure” which they don’t tell you about unless you want to read 1,000 words T+C. No they wait till they have your money so they can hold it for 48 hrs. Times that by a million other customers and they have a lot of capital to play around with for 2 days. It’s how they make money. I thought since I fell victim to this once, and was told it was because it was my first crypto transaction that now that I’m coming back as an established customer, there would be no problem. Never again. My friend is out of luck who needs the money to get out of a jam. Cash app for the win next time This is a public service to all would be crypto buyers. You have been warned.

    After the last purchase and it was sent to the bank by u and I never received my 21.99 thot. I’m done with you. I can’t get hold of the buyer. 434 dollars plus change by the time they got thru with tax and shipping. It would be nice to have known it was coming from China. You helped by paying them and no one has helped me. There will be no more going through my bank acct. thanks for NOTHING?? Crooks and fraudulent ppl in this world.

    if I could write 0 stars I would absolute horrible app for money they take your money and “hold it” supposedly because you’re new and 1000 other reasons . I don’t recommend it’s horrible and when you call about your money they switch you around to 100 different people they will block whatever person you’re sending your money to for no absolute reason and you’d nvr be able to get the money back they are horrible !!

    Already changed the language in settings and can use PayPal with my browser, but the app continues to be in Japanese. In the settings it show my preference for English, but every word in the App is in Japanese.

    Using the PayPal app has been incredibly frustrating. Why is the "transfer to bank" option hidden in such a way that users have to search for it? Options like direct deposits, PayPal cashback, or account promotions seem to be given more priority than simply transferring to a bank account. Lately, it feels like PayPal is pushing its services too hard. It took me quite a while to figure out how to transfer my balance to my bank, which should be much easier considering it's likely one of the most frequently used features, at least based on my experience.
