  • Problems with Runway: constant technical glitches

    We have been using the program for the past eight months. Despite unlimited access, the program often freezes, making it difficult to use effectively. Over the past few days, we have been unable to use the program at all, as it freezes and does not open. Although we have reported this issue to Runway, no solution has been found yet. This situation is very frustrating for us. We hope you will consider these points before purchasing this program.

    Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever paid for. The chatbot is useless — it can’t answer basic questions, constantly loops, and feels like talking to a brick wall. And the monthly fee of $15? Total rip-off. You get nothing for your money. No real support, no real features, nothing that actually works. I honestly feel scammed. How can they charge for something that can’t even produce a simple sound or respond correctly? For the price they ask, this service should actually do something, not just pretend. Complete disappointment and a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this platform altogether.

    I downloaded it and paid for premium which was a mistake. Tried a 30 second video and asked it to replace a flag with another flag…apparently simple right? Nope it couldnt do it - kept saying “sorry” Next decided to get real basic. Downloaded a 15 second video of a person and asked it to replace the face of the person in the video with a pirates face and gave it a photo to use…real simple…it failed and said sorry. This is trash and not worth a dime. Back to photoshop.

    I was recommended to this app via Grok, and I’m having problems with the overall work through with it. The LLM is weak. Its quality isn’t very high, and the app builds low level content that doesn’t allow much context with the cutoff system in the prompt windowI feel like I wasted $15.

    What a rip-off. Horrible User Interface, doesn’t do what you tell it to AT all, and forces you to spend $15 if you want to use it at all, no free trial. I want a refund. They don’t let you see what the true pricing is with credits. The basically charged you by the second to generate videos, and the premium plan doesn’t even include enough credits to create even a 30 second video. What a joke.
