Whoever read that don’t waste your time and money this app is completely scam.

Runway is extremely frustrating and poorly explained. The platform charges credits for image generations without clearly warning you upfront, and the credit system feels intentionally vague. You’re given a very small number of credits to start, and they disappear incredibly fast—often without producing usable results. What makes it worse is that failed generations still consume credits. Half the time, a generation errors out or fails to produce anything meaningful, yet your credits are gone anyway. There’s no refund, no retry, and no transparency about why it failed. For a paid AI platform, this is unacceptable. Between unclear credit usage, constant failures, and barely enough credits to experiment or learn the tool, it feels more like a trap than a creative platform. I would not recommend this to creators unless you’re prepared to burn money just to figure out how it works.

You are giving me videos with small errors that i have to keep burning credits trying to perfect the video. It fixes one thing then screws up something else leaving me chasing to get the video right and burn more credits. Luckily i did not purchase the annual package and only gave this a chance for one month. This is ridiculous.

if I’m gonna keep paying you monthly I want your app to actually work- every prompt “failed to load image” it’s in early development so fix that cause I’m not paying for that

How is Ai stupid? I have to keep buying credits and keep using them every time the APP got it wrong, not me. I am very descriptive with what I asked for and this app is just stupid and a scam. Do not pay!!!!

Don’t waste your money or be tricked into paying for this. It’s junk!

Misleading and frustrating. The app offers “free credits,” but you quickly discover you can’t actually use your own video to create even a short 10–15 second clip. Nearly everything useful is paywalled, and you only find out after wasting time setting things up. Poor transparency and not worth the effort. Deleted my account.

Too expensive

I found this app to be very frustrating and not ready for prime time. Might get there at some point but right now it’s a one star.
