I need an assistant that will provide directions. This assistant is meeting my needs. I was skeptical last year because it was not providing answers to my questions stating they were too complex. I was not going to renew, but saw that an update was available. The assistant has been working perfectly since the update!

There is no significant change in the basic and the pro. On top of that pro will charge you weekly if you do not cancel in time.

I used to love this app so much so that I purchased a yearly membership. Guess what I’m double charged. I can’t get a hold of anybody. That’s not the worst of the problems. The application will only work for a limited time until the sun, moon, stars, and tides decide. Overworked with a high volume of blah blah blah. If this doesn’t get fixed, I’m canceling and going to a better application. Buyer beware.

I respect and like this app very much. I only utilize the free version which is enough for me now. I have thought about investing in the premium version and may in the near future.

This app helps me get through all of my work

Always get the error that reads “genie is experiencing high traffic”. And can never even use the platform when I need it most. Canceling subscription and going to different platform.
