  • Horrible Support

I became quickly addicted to this game as it’s fun to create recipes. You can earn 10-15 diamonds per day with game play and ads and you can watch ads to earn things in the shop. I went to the shop to watch the ads and my finger accidentally touched a purchase for something almost 300 diamonds. It purchased it without my approval or consent. I reached out to customer support because of the flaw in this store, why wasn’t I able to confirm? They said tough luck and I lost like a month’s worth of diamonds on a really stupid item. I wasn’t asking for a monetary refund, I was asking for them to refund me the stupid diamonds in the stupid game so I could use them on something better. The frustration over a stupid phone game made me realize it ain’t worth it and I’m deleting this app. Don’t get into it, it’s such a time waste funding people who don’t care about player experience.
  • Hand pointing gesture is awful!

The game has a lot of potential but the hand pointing gesture for hints is horrible!! Deleted game solely because of this. There needs to be an option to disable hints like other games. I know some people enjoy this option but I find it annoying and repetitive. Loved game otherwise!
  • Fun and Addicting Until It’s Not

This game is too addictive, but several features are so aggravating. For example, the “BBQ” book numbers are just a way for you to use up your energy. Also, the further into the game, it takes SOOO much energy to create the orders—it’ll either take several days OR you spend money. At first, I thought this game was cool because it was more than just merging—there is strategy involved in how you use your resources. Now, it just seems like a money grab. There are also no ads for free stuff—so you either wait or pay. Very frustrating.
  • Addicting & EXPENSIVE

This game is very addicting, and unfortunately, makes it impossible to make any timely progress without spending money. I admit to spending WAY too much money on this game, but have hit my breaking point with the Nerikiri. Unless I continually purchase more energy, it will take AT LEAST a week to create the purple one. Of course, it was my misfortune to spend what I’d been spending, but this is causing me much frustration, and I’m losing interest. It takes way to long to rebuild energy, you are unable to rebuild gems (outside of if those things appear in daily boxes), and I’m at the point where it’s nearly impossible to move forward. I don’t even do a lot of the additional games within, as they hardly offer anything. Additionally, once you reach a certain point with the cards, you almost never receive new ones, only repeats. I’m on level 71, so I’ve certainly been playing enough for my opinions to be warranted. As I said, I own up falling into the trap of spending a ridiculous amount of money on gems and energy, but trying to make the Iris Wagashi & Purple Nerikiri (as well as others using this category of item), has pushed me to the breaking point. It shouldn’t take so many steps, or over a week to create an item if you are just using the energy the game automatically gives you. I think I’m done. Before getting to this level, I would’ve given this 5 stars.
  • Addicting but expensive

You run out of energy so quick. Some of the good takes a lot of merging to obtain and the packages you can purchase are VERY expensive. I’ll spend like $2 every now and then but I probably will not continue. Have patience! The side events are kind of a grind and not very rewarding. Game could use some improvement in the rewards aspect, other than that it’s fun the open very few hours to play.
  • Fun but will break your bank. Don’t let it

I do really enjoy this game but you can only really enjoy it if you have disposable income. There is no way to fully progress unless you spend quite a lot of money and that is not fair. There should be free methods to earn energy and according to other users, that used to be a feature but was taken away by the developers. Why is that? Is this all just for money? Can we not just enjoy a game without spending large amounts? It really feels like these game developers one goal is a cash grab and no longer the fun in what they make. Also, it looks like generative AI is being incorporated into the images and that is not respectable. Please hire real artist to make your artwork. Anywho, all i ask from the developers is please be considerate and allow free methods to progress in the game, like you used to with ADs. I will continue playing but i can’t spend anymore money.
  • fun but annoying glitches

I like playing this in my pastime but something I hate is that when I get certain rewards like energy or gems it doesn’t actually register in game- so for example i’ll get 20 energy after completing a quest and it won’t show in my balance! idk if this happens when purchasing upgrades with actual money but if it does that’s an even bigger issue
  • Pushing players to spend money

Love this game but it takes hours for energy to replenish. There is no free option to get energy. Everything costs real money. We should earn more energy for every order we fill, every level we go up, and we should get more energy over time. Even watching ads for energy would be a better option, but we don’t have that either. The only “option” we get is to spend money. Very greedy of the developers. You are pushing players to spend money or get off the game because they can’t play due to no energy. I’ll get of the game.
