    This is the only EKG AI model that diagnoses acute coronary occlusion beyond ST Elevation. It does so with unbelievably high sensitivity and specificity. If the PMCardio queen of hearts AI Model says that the ECG represents STEMI or STEMI Equivalent, you had better believe it. In the present standard of care, 1/3 of Acute coronary occlusion do not get treated soon enough to prevent permanent irreversible myocardial cell death. With this app, almost all of them will be recognized immediately. You will save myocardium and lives, and prevent heart failure. Moreover, it recognizes the false positives, the mimics which lead to unnecessary Cath Lab activation. This will make your interventionalists happy that they do not need to get out of bed in the middle of the night.

    The 50 ECG quota is not clearly mentioned in the marketing material when subscribing. This is very deceptive and dishonest. The 50 ECG quota is also quite low for anyone working in a reasonably high volume environment-especially considering the cost of the subscription. I was also expecting more advanced EP level interpretation abilities for the price. This is probably better suited for mid-level providers rather than practicing MDs.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent update that limits usage to 55 times per year for a subscription that costs $300 annually. This is especially frustrating considering that the service was previously advertised and offered as unlimited under the same pricing structure. As a paying customer who subscribed in good faith based on those terms, this sudden change feels not only restrictive but also exploitative. It gives the impression that the company is prioritizing profit over user trust and long-term satisfaction. At $300 per year, users reasonably expect premium and unrestricted access. Introducing such a drastic limitation without a corresponding reduction in price or a grandfathering policy for existing subscribers undermines that expectation and reflects poorly on the company’s values. I urge you to reconsider this decision and restore the service to the original terms promised. If not, I would at least appreciate transparent communication and fair compensation options for current subscribers who feel misled by this change.

    Accidentally registered as being in the United Kingdom and there’s no way to switch to the United States. Also doesn’t use iOS location services to verify location. I’m now stuck in a restricted mode, the web portal didn’t have a way to switch either.
