Lumi: styling & shopping

I’ve been able to pick up tips on disguising my problem areas. I’m very small boned, and unfortunately humped, due to poor posture and scoliosis. I am long from the waist down, and short torso challenged. I’ve learned a few tricks to disguise instead of emphasize these problem areas. A big belly area adds to the problems. Since working with LUMI, I actually look and feel better.

AI generated pictures and charge you without even getting style advice. Your card information is asked up front you are charged even prior to completing any style advice quiz. I escalated to get a refund as I never used their services and they refuse to refund me. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO APPLE. They have multiple reviews of charging people for no service being provided. Other also claim the clothes they received does not match the pictures. They are making money of people just downloading an app because they enter their card information.

For years I dressed like I was still in my twenties with a different body and schedule. The recọmmendations here actually fit my REAL life—my shape, my routine, my age. I look in the mirror now and think "yeah, that's right." First time in forever

Never even got any clothing and I am so disappointed. I received an ad for this company on Instagram. I am not good at styling outfits for work and it was advertised on insta as if They were picking the clothes and just Sending it to me for a monthly subscription. After taking forever to do their quizzes, signing up, an getting the app I was told to pay $32 for 12 weeks. It Seemed like I would pay this Monthly and they would send an outfit. Afterwards It just showed me an account balance and said I was to purchase clothing using my balance. I was then so confused when all of a sudden I was charged Another $20 on my card and still don't understand what that was for. I had a balance in the app of $52 dollars and even though I was annoyed that this service was nothing like it seemed in the ad, I figured I’d look around and just buy something and not use the app again after. The kicker was I couldn't find any items for Under $52 worth purchasing when I thought I'd receive a whole outfit for $32!!! So, I sent a message on the app asking for a refund. To my surprise they actually emailed me very quickly on the matter but Refused to Refund Me!!! Eventually they just stopped answering my emails. Stay away this is such a scam!

I used to stick to the same three color cọmbos because I didn't know what else worked. Lumi's been pushing me outside that boring bubble, and honestly? I'm kind of obsessed with how creative I can be now. My wardrobe feels brand new without buying anything

I purchased a service for one week paid $10, was not able to use it even , and never signed up for subscription. However , They charged me $40 for a subscription , I tried to reach them many times. first of all there is no customer service email or phone number. Only inside the app request. They never refunded , never responded

This is a total scam. They make it very hard to cancel and somehow when you do it “doesn’t go through”. I cancelled my yearly membership after the trial membership and still got charged, and even though I contacted them minutes after the charge for a yearly membership, and they refused to issue a refund.

I thought I knew my colors. But Lumi has taught me to think outside my box!

I am very disappointed in this company. I have not been able to cancel my subscription from the app following the steps provided by LUMI as once I go to do so the page doesn’t open and it goes blank with a spinning gear. I have sent numerous messages to support and also call the number listed. These practices are predatorily in nature and as such I do not recommend using this app.
