Don’t waste your money on the premium features. You can’t log into them and even after you buy the premium app, the app continues to ask you to sign up for it and pay that extra money all over again. Requesting help doesn’t get you anywhere either.

I just purchased a second Pulsetto because the first one stopped taking a charge after about four months. Upon receipt of the second unit, I subscribed to premium. The next time I used the app, my premium subscription was no longer recognized so I subscribed once again. I have a receipt for a paid years subscription to premium, yet every time I try to use the app my premium subscription is not recognized, and I am prompted to subscribe once again to premium. I have emailed Customer Service several times and I’m still awaiting a response. I have yet to receive the replacement for the original unit I had to return. In addition, my login is no longer recognized on the Pulsetto website. Using this excellent product is way way harder than it should be. The great progress that I’ve made with my sleep is interrupted now that I can’t use the premium subscription that I’ve paid for.

The device actually does what they say it does. It can help you in breaking any bad cycle. It has been consistently reviewed better than other Vegas nerve stimulators. I use mine daily to feel better!
My girlfriend says I seem to be much more calm. I love my pulsetto!

I’ve been using the Pulsetto for 2 years now as part of a treatment plan for severe long COVID. One of the many issues I suffer from is dysautonomia, or specifically a dis-regulation of my autonomic nervous system where it has a difficult time switching from fight or flight to rest and relaxation. The Pulsetto does an adequate job helping me calm my nervous system before bed and after my PT workouts, and it is measurably much more difficult to get a decent night’s rest without using it.
My main issue with this app is that it is only available to use while online. Currently we are experiencing a global Cloudflare outage, and this just further proves what I’ve been saying for years: please make an offline mode for the app. I have been unable to use the device, and as such my symptoms are causing me to be unable to sleep tonight.
Without online functionality, this $300 piece of hardware essentially becomes a paperweight. Again, please release on offline mode for the app.

I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with the Pulsetto device and the company’s alarming lack of accountability.
After using the device exactly as instructed (three sessions, on three separate days, using the Burnout program), I experienced severe physical harm. Within hours, I developed intense neck spasms that caused cervical misalignment, reduced blood flow, and debilitating vertigo. The crystals in my inner ear shifted, leaving me unable to stand, walk normally, or even sleep in a bed due to dizziness and nausea. I had no history of vertigo, dizziness, or cervical instability prior to using Pulsetto.
Over the last ten days, I’ve been dealing with:
1 Constant vertigo and imbalance
2 Neck instability and muscle spasms
3 Exhaustion, stress, and sleeplessness
4 Medical and therapeutic expenses
5 Lost income from being unable to work
6 Significant emotional distress from being bedridden and disoriented
Three different providers — my naturopathic doctor, my Feldenkrais practitioner, and a vestibular chiropractor — all confirmed that my symptoms began immediately after using the Pulsetto device and advised me never to use it again.
What makes this worse is Pulsetto’s response.
Or rather… their lack of one.
Instead of care, curiosity, or even basic empathy, I received dismissive messages that attempted to blame a “pre-existing condition” I never had. No one asked how I was, what happened, or how they could help. Their focus was on deflecting responsibility and protecting themselves rather than supporting a customer who had been physically harmed.
Even after explaining the severity of my condition, Pulsetto avoided accountability, refused proper support, and intended to charge me for return shipping. I ultimately had to file a chargeback through American Express and will be escalating this to consumer protection agencies and the FCC.
A wellness company should care about the wellbeing of its customers. Pulsetto has shown no care, no integrity, and no willingness to take responsibility for the harm their device caused me.
I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and avoid going through what I have. If you’re considering this device, please be aware of the potential risks and the company’s troubling lack of support when things go wrong.

I hope people will read this before purchasing the device. The device is useless without the app, and the app is horrendous. Half the time it doesn’t work. The device constantly loses connection. Also, I purchased a premium subscription. I had access for 2 weeks when suddenly they removed my access. I reached out, and they played dumb. I provided proof of purchase through Apple, and they would not reply or restore my access. Thank goodness, Apple stepped in and refunded me for the purchase. This company is a scam.
App won’t work without Google or Apple

I even BOUGHT the premium app and nothing will work to sign up or log in if I refuse to use Google or Apple to sign up. Totally unacceptable. I will use my own email & password thanks and I expect to be able to get in. Spent way too much money & now can’t even use it because they seem to want Google or Apple to have every detail of my use. Not going to happen

I have purchased three of these devices. Now, for the second time, the app does not work. It takes too long to get it fixed and it’s quite frustrating. I would recommend a different vagal nerve stimulation device for that reason.

I’ve gone the last ten years struggling to sleep more than an hour or 2 at a time then I’d be awake for several hours before getting another hour or two. I felt like I was going to lose my mind. I tried everything I could think of, everything I read, as well as everything people suggested I try. Nothing helped. I knew it was part of my pain disease that affects my sympathetic nervous system but I was so exhausted mentally and physically I could barely function. The first time I used this on the sleep setting I fell asleep and stayed asleep for 6 hours!! I started having dreams which I haven’t had in 10 years. It may sound strange but the first time I dreamt I almost cried. This device has been a life saver for me, not only has it helped my sleep but it helps my pain. I have a disease from a crush injury that the drs call the suicide disease. The pain is uncontrollable and there is no real treatments for this type of pain. Using the medication from my Dr along with Pulsetto has been a game changer for me. I’m able to be out of the bed and do more than I have in 10 years. Thank you for this device.
