  • Pulsetto Changed My Life—App Has Room to Grow

The Pulsetto device is outstanding and has significantly improved health and reduced pain medication (from 1200–2400 mg ibuprofen daily to about 600 mg on bad days). Sessions are calming and effective. However, the app falls short in several areas: • Connection Issues: Loses connection with the wearable every time the app is opened, making HRV tracking unreliable and reconnection frustrating. • Personal Session Setup: No option to save or repeat personal sessions; requires reselecting symptoms each time, disrupting relaxation. • Session Flow: Sessions restart too quickly (within 10 seconds), leaving no time to read insights and causing repeated interruptions. . Overall, the device is life-changing, but the app needs major improvements in Bluetooth connectivity, usability, and personalization.

I enjoyed the device greatly. Now it restarts and restarts and restarts. No longer can use it to go to sleep to. Think twice before using it for gut health if you might nod off Update: still restarts and restarts. Very disappointing. Constantly requires charging as it pounds cycle after cycle
  • Order number is showing up as invalid during set up, tech support is no help.

have reached out to PulseStator support many times for help resolving issues with the system. I provided detailed, step-by-step explanations of the problem and sent multiple screenshots showing the exact errors I was encountering. Despite this, the responses have been repetitive and generic, typically telling me they have reset my password or log in again, without ever addressing the actual problem being reported. After at least ten separate interactions, the issue has still not been acknowledged or resolved, and it does not appear that support is reviewing the information being provided. I’ve reached out to both priority help and tech support. Because I am unable to get meaningful technical assistance, I am now trying to return the device. However, I cannot find clear instructions on the website explaining how to initiate a return, and I have not been given a return address or clear guidance on next steps.
  • Doesn’t work after a year of purchase

It fades when trying to use, disconnects by itself. Not a long term investment Do not recommend
  • Flashing light won’t shut off

I’ve only used the Pulsetto a couple times but there doesn’t seem to be any way to shut off the flashing light when the unit is running. I’m attempting to use the device for sleep in a fairly dark room with my wife and young baby and none of us are appreciating the flashing light. I’d like to be able to turn this off. Otherwise and interest and promising device.
  • Seems the software isn’t being taken very seriously…

First, this is a medical device and should not be dependent on the internet. If the internet is down, no Pulsetto. Second, the ‘you showed up for the weekend’ screen has no escape except getting out of the app and going to your history to shut the app history down, then getting back into the app. Now we know why such a high percentage of people skip the weekend. Thanks for punishing me for trying to stay with the program. It’s already difficult for me to use because I just hate the slime on my neck. Three, I tried the deluxe software, but the ‘meditations’ were choppy and brought me right up out of any zen I may have achieved. Four, when I complete a session, I have to immediately turn the device off or it starts back up on its own. Five, today it told me the device was low on battery when it was still in the green on the app. You really need to make your app agree with the device. This is supposed to be a medical device. I use it because it works. But the software is flaky and drives me crazy. I also hate the goo. Somebody, please make one of these devices that works with pads, like a tens machine.
  • This product is predatory

Since using Pulsetto I have sincerely loved the device and especially love to use this right before bed. However, it took nearly a month to ship. I get it, it’s the holidays and you’re slammed. That’s fine. My subscription however started without me even receiving the device. I have now only had this for 6 days and I am being billed again for a new month. There is no support. No one to call. Everything is handled through email and the expected response time is a 3 day wait. I have no ability on the app to change my subscription plan. And I do not have any option to cancel without contacting support. Update: rather than helping me fix my problem they kicked me out of the app. I cannot change no longer use my device. And they refuse to tell me if they’re issuing a refund. It states you don’t have to have a premium subscription to use this. But it will not work without the premium subscription.
  • It works

It’s hard to tell if it works because it tales time. I feel Kind if gouged because they seem to demand a subscription to the app to even use the device. The pulsetto isn’t cheap then demanding $99 for a year’s use of the app feels rather tacky.
  • Shameless Cash Grab

    - the subscription offers no value. The cheaply made device cost several hundred dollars, and then you have to pay a subscription if you want to access different mode. Why do we allow companies to do this to us? And why do people leave good reviews when they’re being taken advantage of? Something that cost several hundred dollars should just work. You shouldn’t have to pay a monthly fee to get more functionality. - annoying ux - part 1: almost every time you open the app, your bombarded with an ad to subscribe. I don’t wanna subscribe stop annoying me! - annoying ux - part 2: if you don’t use the device for two or three days, you get annoying pop-up every time you open the app telling you that you haven’t been using the device. I know I’m not using the device. I don’t need you to tell me that. Can’t I just use a product that I bought without yourself serving messages interfering with me. that companies are so invasive… - I also blame consumers: I blame people who give this good ratings too. Companies take advantage of us, offer more charging, and less value. And everyone just thinks it. We live in a dystopia and only have ourselves to blame. - just another example of the dystopia. It bears repeating again.

I purchased the device on December 3th 2025 but can’t access the premium service I also paid thru apple account. After wrote several emails the problem still unsolved. Can’t understand why.
