    What a rip off! They want you to start off by reading one chapter after you watch an ad Before you know what they want you to watch two ads before you can read the chapter Final insult : you watch two ads they don’t register it and don’t let you read the chapter and then want you to watch two more! I don’t think so! Take your app and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine!!

    Yes, the books are decent but… It is $1.99 per WEEK or you have to listen to a 60ish second add each chapter and the chapters are only ONE PAGE LONG!! Just don’t waste your time!! trash business model!

    Chapters are very very short and advertisements are one two or three at a time and spend more time listening to ads than reading. To expensive if you plan on paying for chapters. Would definitely not recommend this app.

    Chapters are ridiculously short. I’ve been blocked for taking a pic of an ad that I had to watch to get to the next chapter. Some ads an also too long. A three minute ad when I could read the chapter in less time. Writing is just okay. The author of the book I’m reading constantly repeats material. On Wattpad you know you are getting amateur writers. With a title like BestNovel you expect better writing

    I spent money to buy the chapters for a book I was reading, which I was happy to do. I was enjoying the book and didn’t mind paying a little to read it. But the book NEVER ends! It just stops, after like 300 chapters, in the middle of the story. Doesn’t wrap up the main love story or any of the side plots. What’s the point of that?! Finish the books!! Otherwise don’t charge for them!!!

    Please do not use them. They have beyond terrible customer service. Links that do not work and no way to cancel. It’s all automated. Don’t waste your time or money. Plenty of other apps that actually work.

    I started reading a novel because it said I could read for free. I had to watch some adds after each chapter but the book was good enough to keep going. Now after chapter 85 I can no longer access the book. They want money. No thanks!

    These are never-ending soap operas you read instead of watch. I am currently on what is referred to as Chapter 383 and there is no end in sight to this story. Storyline continuity has taken many hits the longer the author drags this thing out, “Too Late for Regret: The Genius Heiress Who Shines”. I am also thoroughly fed up having to watch an ad after every so called chapter in order to read the next. It’s either that or pay to unlock them. A person could spend a small fortune just trying to get to the end of a story.
