  • Greedy developers, monetizing health

Like another person said, this app charges you a subscription in order to use it now- I believe it used to be free- this goes against the whole movement of trying to remove seed oils from our food supply. It’s greed and money that did this to begin with, now these developers are monetizing people who are trying to find healthy places to eat. What a shame…

Tricked me in to subscribing. It said there was a 2 or 3 day trial period but now I have a pending $25 charge for the year. Deceptive!
  • Paid for subscription and still don’t have access to paid services. Stole my money!!!

I paid for the app so that I can use it yearly. The app still considers me unpaid subscriber and I cannot use the app. They stole my money and have not given me a valid account. I can’t even contact their customer service to help me with this. If somebody from this company is seeing this, please reach out to me. I’d love to use your app. I don’t know why it’s not working when I paid. This is either a scam or a mistake. Either way, I don’t know why they don’t have customer service support.

When I purchased this app, not only did it double charge me for two subscriptions. When I go to login it keeps trying to get me to purchase the subscription again instead of recognizing that I already paid. I had to request a refund through Apple and they have no information to contact anyone within the app to troubleshoot how I can actually access the app. EDIT: App just charged my card again for the third time for a full subscription fee within a few days

They require you to pay $30 PER YEAR to use the app.

Great someone does the work to find clean places to eat. I haven’t eaten out in a while but now I will. The more we buy organic and clean the more they’ll have to change over to organic and clean. Otherwise I’ll cook my own food.
  • Not free

Most companies use seed oils as a cheap alternative because they want to increase profit margins. So for an app that includes which restaurants are seed oil free, you are charging a subscription?? You are no better than the companies like Sysco that actually sell seed oils for consumption, monetizing consumer health just so you can put money in your pocket. Shame on you!
