  • Has potential. Too expensive.

If we’re “in this together”, offer a free version. The app covers nothing in my area except fast food places (which i don’t go to anyway). I live in MD so it makes no sense that there’s hardly any coverage. It seems like a good idea, but theres not enough information to make it WORTH paying for.

I have been on the email list a while, and today’s email pointed me towards this, as the email touted, FREE app. It is in no way free. Now I’m not uninterested because they’d like to get paid for their work. I get that. But I’m put off by the blatant lie in the newsletter regarding the app. Not a fan at all of the bait and switch, and have unsubscribed from the newsletter as well. I don’t feel the trust is there anymore.

Looking for a one time purchase option since a subscription is out of the question. Hopefully you’ll make that option available in the future.
  • Great app

They scam you into giving sensitive info and then wanna charge you for information that you can obtain for free. Bad deal! #MAGA
  • I see the potential

There’s definitely potential, but unless you live in a big city, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of rated options (there are tons of places to eat, just not rated or investigated in the app)
  • $2.92/mo or $34.99/yr

After filling out your (own) bio, you’re warned about the app being free for 3 days then billed after. Akin to a restaurant footing you the bill before dining.
  • Map doesn’t work

Great concept and gives info on nearby restaurants but the map feature is really poorly developed. It glitches, doesn’t allow you to zoom in/out and takes you to new random places when you try to look at a certain area. It is literally unusable and doesn’t work at all.

Doesn’t make sense to advertise it as free and then pay a subscription
