    Purchased this camera, 2days ago & it only works when it wants to work, Does not record or give notifications. Plus it doesn’t even have sound notifications, Doesn’t even have the time notifications on camera display & you can only view it on the phone app not Roku tv app :/ I DO NOT recommend!

    There are always issues with connecting to the camera, & constantly having to reset it. My ring is not having issues at all, so it’s not the WiFi.

    After the update, none of the recordings are under their respective dates. Everything is set up the same way it was before. The recordings are there if you go to the camera itself in live mode. Broken app. Also having more frequent connection issues. Thinking about ditching this for Ring if they keep this up.

    I’ve been a ROKU paying customer for several years. I have contacted HELP numerous times about FROZEN LIVE FEED on 2 of my 3 ROKU HOME SECURITY CAMERAS. They have NOT fixed this issue and I am now going to another provider &I will be pursuing getting a refund for the years I have paid ROKU for HORRIBLE RIP OFF BOOT LEG SERVICE.

    I never had any issues before until as of recently with the recent updates . My events disappear to where I can’t see footage . I constantly send emails to help desk about my devices being removed offline and no one responds I’m looking into a new company for my security needs .

    I don’t usually write reviews for anything but my experience with this app and my product, Roku battery outdoor camera SE, was such a terrible experience that I had to. From the moment I purchased my new product and download this app I am immediately hit with many problems. My product worked for the first hour or so and then it turned off and wouldn’t turn back on for the next several house. Nothing in the instructions, that it came with, offered any sort of help in this matter. For the people experiencing this issue, apparently the tiny hole next to the charging port is a reset button, it worked for me. However, nothing on roku’s app, or support service speak of this at all. From the start the, even before my product shut off and wouldn’t power back on, I couldn’t view the live stream from my camera, I could view the recoding of motions that it picked up… well (sometimes) this issue is still present for me even at this time. The app frequently loses connection to the camera even when it’s right next to it. Changing settings almost never works and if it does is, followed by a messaging claiming it couldn’t process the request. Reviewing your recorded footage, is an absolute mess, with delayed timing pausing and starting and the pause button and start button disappearing from time to time. Please do not purchase Roku products and this will save you from wasting an entire night trying to frustratingly troubleshoot seamlessly unfixable problems. Do not recommend and will not be purchasing Roku products any further
