    I’ve tried resetting my account, updating my app, turning my phone on and off as instructed by the ai bot on the screen. Nothing is working. Every thing I do receives an error message. And when I access my account via security code sent, it doesn’t give the option of the dashboard just your bio info. What is happening here?! This is ridiculous.

    I love the concept and convenience, but there are time when I’m trying to book and appointment and the app doesn’t show all of the available times. I end up having to book through the webpage to get the time I need. If this was fixed in the app it would be better.

    More interested in capturing everyone’s data rather than making it easier to use. If I am booking appointments for family haircuts, you cannot book for consecutive appointments, without going back in four times. Additionally they want phone # for everyone. Any business requiring you to use this app you need to avoid. Asked the app maker to fix this annoying problem and only lip service.
