They keep charging my credit card, even after stopping the subscription. They almost charged 100$ with 0 services I used, I accidentally clicked on few ads in insta. I ended up signing up for it, but never used their services immediately after day 1, I cancelled my subscriptions, and today after one month they still charging. And no one replies if you contact them, I wouldn’t surprised if I get charged next month as well 40$ per month for the services we don’t use is too much 😳

I emailed their support team in early June to cancel my subscription — which, by the way, is the ONLY way to cancel, since there’s no option in the app or in Apple subscriptions. They completely ignored me. I received no reply, no confirmation, and they continued to charge me month after month, including multiple charges in a single day. I finally emailed them again in August, and only then did they reply — saying they can stop future charges but will not refund anything.
  • Do not get this app.

This app is cool but it’s not worth the money. I listened to atomic habits and the art of war. These two books basically sounded the same as they used the same examples and almost said the same things word for word. Absolutely not worth the money as it is supposed to be a summary of the book. This app could have been great but the time wasn’t put in to make it amazing. Absolutely a rushed app for a cash grab.

I started my reading journey at probably around 22? When I watched a video about a person improving their real life through their reading life. The power of reading lies in the value of confirmation. Everything that exists already exists around us. But some of the things I’ve learned from reading is that some of these books have helped me accentuate, articulate, and identify key concepts drawn from everyday life activities. Whether that be from movies, writing, social engagement, finances. The things I thought I knew are carefully nudged in the right direction. And if that is all that is gained from books that would be enough. Fortunately, it’s not since these quick analysis offer knowledge about things that aren’t confirming but entirely new strings of information. If you are someone who wants to improve your thought life, mental acuity, or health in any other area, we become what we read. As we think so we are. This app is perfect for anyone who wants to level up their personal or private life :D

I'm an international student currently studying in the U.S. to improve my English. I came across the Wiser app through a beautifully designed Instagram ad, which made it look like the perfect tool to help boost my language skills. I subscribed with high hopes, but after just a few days of using it, I realized it wasn't nearly as effective as advertised. The lessons lacked engagement, and I didn’t feel motivated to continue. It simply didn’t deliver enough value to justify continuing, especially when compared to other language-learning tools available. Still, I kept the subscription for three months, hoping it would get better — but it didn’t. Then, to my surprise, the subscription renewed automatically, and I was charged $40 — a significant amount for a student like me. I contacted their support team and kindly asked for a refund, explaining my situation. Unfortunately, they refused, citing a strict no-refund policy. I find it disappointing that a company advertising itself as educational and supportive would show so little flexibility or understanding — especially for international students who are trying to invest in their future. I’m writing this review to help others make an informed decision. Think twice before subscribing, especially if you’re expecting flexibility, empathy, or a truly helpful learning experience.

My subscription has been canceled for months, and they keep charging me. The customer service is terrible, and the audiobooks are awful.

I realize that this app is here so I do not have to read the entire book, but it would be cool if there was an option to buy it here.
