    I paid for a yearly account. It worked for 1 single day. Now I have zero access and no customer service. On top of that now I will have to go to all the trouble of calling the bank to reporting it as fraud to get my money back since I have no access and they sold me nothing for my payment.

    Please don’t get this app - I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and haven’t even finished ONE book - it is like a gambling addiction-even their free ‘coins’ aren’t free as you have to use them for a different book - I am ashamed I got sucked into this.

    I really fell in love with a book and it was everything I wanted. Unfortunately, it’s over 500 chapters and that’s gonna cost me several hundred dollars. I wish I could just get it off Amazon cause I’m never gonna be able to pay for it. Thought maybe I’d be able to read it with the daily coins. Nope. Chapters are usually 6 pages long. No real word count and they cost between 41-60 coins. I’m never going to get to finish it. I am SO disappointed…

    I have made several purchases for thousand of coins. But after the purchase (and yes my card is charged) I’m able to unlock two chapters, if I’m lucky, then all of a sudden I’m out of coins and need to “top up” again. It’s a scam an rip off 🤷‍♀️

    Just a heads up, this may be potential fraud. I gave it a try and did a one week subscription. I canceled my subscription less than two days after subscribing and now 4 weeks later I am still being charged. Their customer service was somewhat prompt, I suspect it’s AI, but the “help” they gave was quite unhelpful. $68 USD later, I have had to dispute it with my bank and mark all recurring charges as fraudulent. Subscribe at your own risk!!!!!

    Don’t buy the “unlimited reading” subscription. It doesn’t work, most content is still locked. Apparently you are supposed to spend additional hundreds of dollars for poorly written, badly formatted stories that never end.

    Some of these stories are hundreds of chapters. I found one that seemed interesting but it was 5556 chapters long. That is ridiculous. These aren’t well published authors so why would anyone pay to read thousands of chapters and who would write a book expecting people to even read it. Tapon short story subscription is reasonable but the stories are basically boring
