Is not accurate at all. Scans card and gives a completely different card’s info. I paid for a month based on reviews and wish I hadn’t. Def try before you buy. I have iPhone 15promax, so I know it’s not my camera. Using card slinger printed in white.
  • Internal Server error.

Scanned over 1000 cards and it took well over 3 hours and when I go to submit them to my portfolio it doesn’t work and leaves me with an internal server error. I spend money on the monthly subscription just to waste over 3 hours of my time scanning cards just for the app to not work.

  • Editing qty, deceptive graph

Every time you edit quantity you have to scroll the entire list. Rescanning 100+ cards is faster than editing. The amount of times I’ve had to restart everything because scrolling through the list takes too long is ridiculous and that gets rid of all the data. Honestly don’t get the point of the graph if dumping money into cards will make all the results look good. That’s not useful at all it’s just tricking dumb people into thinking they aren’t losing money on their old stuff as they get new stuff.

With the update there is no longer the option to browse eBay auctions. Please bring this back ASAP instead of the fanatics collect auctions!!
  • Same as Rare Candy and Price Charting

Like the others, scanning results in most incorrect results. My Red’s Pikachu got some dark colored One Piece result, while my XY124 Pikachu got another opposite colored Magic the Gathering result. This is actually the worst of the bunch. Price charting is second, and Rare Candy results in the best so far. Collectr is now 4 correct for 4 incorrect. It’s decent for me at best. And taking the card out and angling it in the light helps but not completely. Also, the database doesn’t cover some smaller rarer sets which is another big minus for me. I didn’t see the 1st Edition option for my Plasma Gale Blastoise SR.
  • Good for tracking

The user interface could be much better. Less clicking requirements to input multiple cards. The scanning function works half the time and the card options will not list all variants causing you to need to manually input still. Paid version is not worth it as-is in my opinion.

Wish there was a sold option so the portfolio part didn’t show a negative after you make a positive sale on an item lol
