    It is not compatible well with Iphone. It froze when open the app and need to try multiple times in order to work. The new camera intended for cloud storage not memory card. Once the card is full, the damn camera will not detect the memory card, and need to format in order to record!

    App had page that was forcing a subscription to cloud service when I didn’t need or want one! It did finally let me in after refreshing a bunch so not 1 star anymore.

    Smart bird feeder error message to set up AI bird recognition and error message to buy cloud storage. Reinstalled, restarted multiple times, returning feeder for a better experience. Very disappointing,

  • Paid for Cloud, but no cloud

    I paid for 3 cameras for a year in advance because they offered a discount. Now I have cloud service thru 2027 or so I thought?The next day all cameras stopped working and I had to reset them. The $83 I spent I guess is forfeited and I have to pay for cloud service again. I tried to go to app support and report this problem with the app and selected the app it said not reportable. The app is great otherwise just don’t purchase cloud service. When the app crashes you have to pay again. Why is this my fault?

    I had a very small problem when I first set up my camera but once I talked to customer service I reinstalled / reset the camera and the picture was as clear as anything I’ve ever seen. Great Product, I should had bought 2 ! 12/3/2025

    Update if you want your stuff to lag. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Didn’t have this problem before. Barely works is more like it and when it does it is super bad and glitchy. Don’t update unless you want your stuff ruined. Very frustrating Update: More like completely ruined it. Won’t load at all anymore. New update. No change. They ruined it

    It was fine until you added ads I can not turn off!!!! Wow. Really? Some cleaner mad me delete the app for a minutes

  • Photos access too intrusive

    The app requires full permission on Photos access which is too intrusive. It should add an option to have Add Only permission for user convenience and better privacy protection.
