I love the app and what it’s working for. You can identify plant and insects and log your garden. It’ll help you take care of your garden. If you aren’t an avid user of the benefits I think it is robbing you of your money. The subscription is the best way to go if it’s daily; if not, I feel the ten dollar charge WEEKLY, is crazy. Overall ,platform is great, the charge is too much.

Couldnt identify the one plant i needed it for, asked me to rate it before it even let me use it, then asked for 10$ a week to be ad free? A paper calendar and google do the same thing?

I can’t find the option to unsubscribe. I found a more accurate app identifier. Can someone help me? Thank you

This app says you can cancel but when you try it keeps the yearly subscription. Now I’m out the yearly cost and the app keeps trying to get me to sign up and pay again to allow me to use it.
  • Great app, deceptive pricing practices

After a week's trial, for which I paid $10, the fee was automatically assessed repeatedly. I've requested refunds for all but two of the weeks, because I may have used the app once or twice after the first week. But in no universe would I pay $9.99/week --or, after this experience, anything--for this app. I don't need and have not accessed plant care advice, and can find help identifying plants elsewhere. There is no place on the app itself to request refunds or cancel "subscriptions" that I didn't know I had.
