    That app is feels like a personal trainer. It customizes my running plan based on my current ability, goals and my terrain to train on. I love the changes in workouts between easy runs, intervals, hill training and long runs. And the AI summaries at the end are very uplifting and help to analyze my run to be even more on point for my next runs to come. I also added the weight and mobility training to complement my runs. I am very impressed and have already recommended this app to friends which started training for a race

    I'm basically SUPER happy with the app and the plans. The only thing I really miss is being able to insert warm-up and cool-down phases. The plan, where you work towards the first 5k, actually always includes these. Whether simply walking or an easy run for intervals. But with the other plans (I have looked at several) this is no longer possible. Also, if you simply start a run, you can't set several laps in advance. I would like to see exactly that made possible. That you can easily extend the predefined plans with individual warm-up and cool-down phases, which you can use for warm-up runs (e.g. in winter), ABC runs or other activities, while still "limiting" your distance or time.

    The fact that I can launch my prescribed run directly from Apple workouts on my watch is an absolute godsend. They also incorporate my running plan into my calendar so that it automatically shows what I need to do that day. The addition of yoga and Pilates routines to help with mobility is a huge bonus as well. 10/10 stars

    Runna is an amazing running app for someone who wants to build their strengths and a challenge! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A GOOD OUTCOME!!! This is one of my favorites things about this app! This app is also super supportive while running

    I’ve never been a runner ever in my life. It’s something I’ve always wanted to be and do, but just didn’t feel in my bingo card. I was a college athlete just not a runner. I went from never being able to run a mile without stopping to training for half & full marathons! My favorite thing about Runna is you can add strength training, Pilates & mobility all to your running plan and the app and your running coach plans it out for you in a schedule! For me, this was beyond helpful because prior to Runna I was training for my first half marathon and ended up suffering an Achilles injury the week before my race and couldn’t run it. Adding these to my running plan has helped me prevent injury and gains strength! Get Runna asap, you’re missing out(:

    I love outsourcing all the thinking about my training. I just follow the plan and it couldn’t be easier. Love the different types of workouts (keeps me from getting bored). Love that it syncs with my Garmin. Love that I can make adjustments. Just overall fantastic.

    I saw this as an ad on instagram and I gave it a try and it has completely turned me into someone who couldn’t run for a minute three months ago so someone who is about to run their first 10k and has made running apart of their everyday life. The plans are so manageable but still push you to grow I don’t know if I could have stuck to running without this app I’m so grateful for it!

    Before this app, I was running without a plan and was always trying to figure out how to make the best out of it, but now I finally found a way how to plan my runs, specially because I will be running my first marathon in my hometown Chicago this October.
