    We love the dream sock, but the camera works about 75% of the time. Customer service has not been very helpful, and we’ll be getting a different, more reliable camera/monitor for baby number 2.

  • Sleep data and history not showing

    I’ve been using this since the day my baby was born and have NEVER had an issue. Now the sleep data won’t graph for whatever reason. The readings are live, however sleep data and history don’t track whatsoever. There are ZERO issues with sock placement, internet, the base station is connected, I don’t have an update, there’s no blocked signal, and all notifications are enabled. I have tried everything under the sun, to include reaching out to support and following their instructions. NOTHING HAS FIXED THIS! I am seriously disappointed because it literally was working PERFECTLY up now a few weeks ago. I can only see live health readings and have been having to watch it like a hawk to manually enter sleep times to know how much my baby has slept. And of course. This bug issue needs to get fixed ASAP!!!!! For how much this product costs, you would think the important fixes would be taken more seriously.

    Who develops this app and is responsible for the updates? This thing is slow to respond and glitches all the time. I have to exit the application to get it to pick up accurate information. Last update was 2 weeks ago? Really?

  • Doesn’t Work

    No matter where you put the sock or how hard you try at least every 30 mins you will have to readjust it as the base yells at you for not being able to get a ready. Instead of being a stress reliever this thing just malfunctions and makes you so frustrated.

  • Love Owlet But Don’t Love Update to Alarm Sounds

    I absolutely love the Owlet sock and the peace of mind it gives me to know my little one is being monitored. However, I don’t like the update that was made to change the alarm sounds. Prior to the update, when the sock was kicked off, it played a song and only an alarm when levels got low. Now everything has an alarm and while they are different, when it goes off at 1:30 in the morning while in a deep sleep, it is not easy to tell the difference. Please consider bringing back the song or a completely different sound when it is just a Bluetooth issue, sock kicked off, etc. and leave the alarm for only emergency notifications.

    WHY DOES IT GLITCH SO MUCH!? With the amount of money that people pay for this it shouldn’t do it as often as it does! MULTIPLE times a week if not a day!

    I like the product. The monitoring is great I have other issues with the physical product but this is about the app. The app is annoying. The update that was recent has change the sleep position information to show total hours and not single nights. There is so much data collected but you can only view and see it based on what they say. There could be so many more options to utilize this information to provide insight into your babies sleeping and breathing. The snap shots they give for the day in the paid subscription is decent but then it disappears and you can never see it again or easily compare data. Why are you not able to adjust the volume of the notifications or dim the light in the base station. Some of this appears to be controlled by the FDA. Another metric or thing that should be available is information about critical alerts the camera should be able to take a clip and the app should have some kind of information on it not just some very basic graph for the week.

    Owlet worked great before the switch & upgrade. I could look at camera history but not in locked out. It doesn’t even catch my daughter getting out of bed only when she is crying dos it go off. The temperature is off. I have a vtech camera in there and the temps don’t match. Both devices are next to each other. I also use to never lose signal but now it randomly loses signal. For the amount of money i spent on the combo I’m disappointed on how fast it stopped working. Now every night the sock sensor loses signal. The crib and the owlet base are in the same spot since I bought it. I am about ready to get rid of it and find a better product. Your latest updates took away viewing the recordings that was free before. I would not recommend buying with all these problems
