    App crashes constantly I get maybe 15 minutes into a show and it crashes everytime without fail. I have to watch hour long shows in 3-5 sessions which is why I basically never use this app. I love what’s on here but paying for an app that barely works is really lame idk why I keep paying for my subscription it’s such a waste of money I am going to cancel in the next month or so tbh. If the app is this poorly optimized it should be free. TLDR: app runs like trash constant crashes waste of money

    With so many excellent streaming apps out right now how does AMC keep this going without fixing it? I subscribed and just can’t log in. It says I need to sign up, I did, I am a paying customer, it says so in my Apple subscriptions. But the app won’t let me log in. I’ll get a refund and delete this bs app. Sucks I’ve wasted 30 minutes trying to get it to work.

    This app does its absolute best to hide were to cancel the monthly payment so you forget or get tired of trying to access it. I hope that if you’re reading this you don’t waste a penny on this pos.

    Constant buffering and i am on gig fiber, new router and new tv. For years has not improved. Come on people get this fixed!

    You cannot enable closed captions on the Apple TV as it is bugged. Also can we get profiles please. This has been a standard feature in streaming apps for over a decade now.

    The app seems to work pretty good and of course The Walking Dead series is my favorite, but I cannot understand why AMC/AMC plus and the creators of The Walking Dead, and probably a lot of other content on this platform cannot or will not have audio description for their shows. I do not believe there are any audio descriptions available for anything on AMC/AMC plus And this is disheartening to someone who enjoys the platform and The Walking Dead series, but is visually impaired and would greatly appreciate an audio description of what is being viewed on the platform that’s why I had to give them such a low rating even though the content is pretty darn good it’s just the way the content is being put forth without any audio description whatsoever and that’s a shame

    This app and website operate very poorly, if it was free I could get over it. The browser version won’t play your show but it will let you watch ads, very interesting. Which is my biggest problem. I have seen improvements in the app, regarding the subtitles. The issue was, when the show put on subtitles for a different language, the app subtitles would cover it with “background music” and the music symbol. One more improvement would be to have a little preview when you hover over a show. But I don’t think improving is the goal. I won’t be renewing my subscription.

    I got this app to rewatch MadMen. I’ve done with that and tried to cancel my subscription. The section of the app for Subscription and Monthly plan doesn’t react to any tapping of the features. At the bottom it tells you to go to the App Store to adjust your monthly plan. All the App Store does is allow you to open the app. So this is just another app send One in circles when it’s time to cancel; hoping you’ll give up and they’ll keep bleeding you monthly
