    It used to be great but lately within the past few weeks I have been unable to redeem my points. I contacted them with my concerns and was promised that the issue would be fixed soon but it hasn’t. I may end up deleting the app because I’m wasting my time.

    A couple of months ago this app would’ve gotten 5* from me. But with the recent changes, it’s just not worth subscribing anymore. They have a lot of “offers” with games and partner companies that should pay out nice bonuses. But the last 6 I’ve tried all have resulted in no rewards. I’ve written into customer service and their response is that they aren’t tracking progress and they rely on the partner companies to report to them. Apparently that isn’t happening, and in fairness to the partners, if they don’t have to pay out their referral fees than why would they bother reporting? There are better apps that pay out more rewards and won’t cost you $55 to subscribe to. I can name a dozen other apps worth putting your time and effort into before this one.

    Updated review from 3 stars to 1. I’m now giving this app 1 star. This app is great if they actually follow through with what they say we get out of the app like it used to be. I will update if I’m able to successfully cash out via debit card. Sadly, a 5⭐️ review won’t happen because now they are blocking people on social media and having bad reviews removed on the App Store as mine has disappeared. I will just keep posting my review until it sticks cuz Yall should beware that this app does not follow through with what they say we get as Earn + members. I have zero idea why I was blocked on social media. I have never even commented on anything that they’ve ever posted so that’s kinda sad. I really enjoyed the content but it’s their loss. If ya can’t take the heat Bridge, then get out the kitchen or do as you’ve told us the app is supposed to do!

    This app is great until you log out and now it's saying my phone number is not found and the only way to get back in is through the phone number. Need to be able to log in with email as well would make the app better.
