What is Blocify? Log your climbs and track your progress! Blocify is an app for climbers, by climbers. With Blocify, you can follow or add your climbing gym and engage with the community, log your climbs with as much or as little detail as you desire, and keep track of your progress with in-depth stats and metrics. Here is our current feature list, but we have loads of plans for the future, so if you have a feature request then let us know! We'd love to hear from you [email protected] For Climbers: - Follow or add your local gym details to our crowdsourced database of gyms. - Keep up to date with the latest from your followed gyms - new blocs, new competitions, and more. - Log climbs from anywhere (inside or outside) and fill in the information YOU want to track (attempts, colour, grade, climbing style...). - Find the best blocs for you with powerful filters and sorting for everything. - View when circuits are going to be reset in your gym so you can plan your projects effectively. - Community suggested grades for individual blocs (V3 in my Gym!). - Request beta videos from gym admins/routesetters. - Upvote your favourite blocs and let the best rise to the top. - Project blocs across multiple sessions to keep a running total of attempts. - Engage with the local community by adding comments to your favourite blocs. - Add session notes for a little extra info for you to look back on. - Log retrospective sessions if you forgot to log it at the time (or just don't like bringing your phone on the mats) - Track, analyse, and compare your performance from years to individual sessions with stats for grades, colours, and climb styles (we know you've been avoiding the sketchy slabs!). - Enter gym-run competitions and keep a digital scorecard of your attempts to see how you're ranking in realtime with live leaderboards. - Choose your grade preference (V or font). - Dark mode! For Gym Admins/Routesetters: - Customise Blocify to meet your gym's needs by adding your routesetters, colours, grades, wall names, and climb styles. - Add your gym's details like facilities, address, opening hours, and socials. - Upload blocs with as much or as little detail as you like (add pictures, climb types, setter, location, grade, and more!). - View the community's favourite blocs (favourite setter?) in your gym. - Run competitions digitally (no more trying to decipher attempts on scrunched-up paper scorecards!). - Get notified when a customer requests beta for a climb in your gym, and add a video from Instagram, Youtube, or Vimeo for them. - Automatic posts when you reset a circuit, upload beta, or with results from a finished comp. - Make custom posts to keep your followers in the loop with the latest from your gym. - Get metrics on gym usage to make informed data-driven business decisions.
