Dear HoYoverse Team, Greetings, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the high-quality content and immersive experience you provide through HoYoLAB and your games, especially Genshin Impact. Your projects have reached a truly global audience and have built strong, diverse communities around the world. However, I would like to respectfully bring attention to an important point noticed by a large number of Arab users: the absence of Arabic language support in HoYoLAB and HoYoverse games to this day. There are millions of players and followers from the Arab world who are active members of your community—whether through gameplay, content creation, or daily interaction on your platforms. Despite this significant presence, Arabic is still not supported, which creates a real barrier for many users who wish to fully engage with the content. We understand that adding a new language requires effort and resources. However, with the current advancements in artificial intelligence and translation technologies, it may be possible to at least introduce initial Arabic support in HoYoLAB or game interfaces, and then improve it gradually over time. Adding Arabic would not simply be a language option—it would be a meaningful step that reflects genuine inclusivity toward your global community, and it would undoubtedly increase engagement, reach, and long-term loyalty. We sincerely hope this suggestion will be taken into serious consideration, as the Arab community looks forward to being fully represented in the world of HoYoverse. Pls fix it! I know ZZZ 2.5 came out early, but I saw 2 S-rank agents have 2 attributes swapped on accident! Zhao has Honed edge, and Ye Shunguang has Ice! Please fix this it is wrong ASAP!!!!’

I’m giving it a high rating so that this can be seen, but I really want to give this a rating of 3 stars. I am unable to claim the daily check-in rewards on my Honkai Star Rail account. My HoYoLAB log in information is the exact same as my Honkai Star Rail log in, and yet I keep getting the message “Unable to find character data for the current account. Please create a character in game first, or try again using another account.” I shouldn’t have to use another account that doesn’t even exist, it should just automatically send the daily check-in rewards to my game. Others seem to have this problem too and apparently extra HoYoLAB accounts have been made with the same log in info, messing things up. Please fix your app

Its like Hoyo reddit + twitter. I love using it for fun just for a few minutes or to get help with genshin builds or teams BUT I have seen some pretty gross stuff on here. Nothing too, too bad, but not appropriate at all. Insane fanart of mostly female characters kissing, in weird outfits, saying really crude stuff and more. Like just posted in the open with no consequences. It makes me so uncomfortable. The app is 12+ not 18+. Minors are on here and it’s seriously creepy the things people comment or write in posts. Its not that often I see it. But I shouldn’t see it at all. Especially posts that are months old and still gaining attention. Fix that please. Other than that great for hoyoverse fansss!

Can you guys please add the log in with game center option? As someone who plays Genshin Impact with game center, i think it’s really sad that I can’t log in with my game center to claim rewards and do stuff. But other than that I fell like it’s a really good app even though I haven’t used it yet.

HoYoLAB can be useful (when you’re playing one of their games). I like it, though the problem I have with it is that there’s a limit to blocked users. Please make it unlimited. I sadly reached the limit and I still would like to block some creeps. Until then I’ll give this a 2 star, will change to 5 once the limit is raised

PLEASE update it so the chests on the interactive map can disappear once you find them in the game, some are impossible to find in such large areas.

This social media app is amazing! Also including every Hoyo games is very smart! But one suggestion though. I really need a translator for posts and messages. I can’t understand different languages by the way. So, can you please add a translator to understand people’s or profiles different languages please?

The check in system works. I would add more Tears of Themis avatar / profile cosmetics and rewards alongside adding better moderation. I would also love the ability to filter out games and topics I don’t enjoy.
