    This app is fun if all you want to do is match. They show stories and challenges, but those are not in the game. FALSE ADVERTISING. Either make the game as advertised or this app will be deleted.

    Without me using 900 diamonds to continue any plays the game keeps wiping out my diamonds. I’ve noticed it happening several times lately to the tune of around 7000 diamonds that I didn’t use. Is this just a way to try to get me to buy more? I’m not so happy with this game anymore.

    I really enjoyed this game while recovering from surgery and paid to play. It was very relaxing and took my mind off the pain. As I progressed further along, I noticed power ups barely working, if at all, causing me to lose, when I clearly would have won. There were times I won, but the game said I lost. There were small glitches that added up over time. The game became frustrating and no longer enjoyable. Your bundle packages are overpriced. The game quickly ate up my value purchases; faster than when I don’t pay, so I finally deleted the game. Two critical things to get right are the customer service interface and human responsiveness. You failed at both. So, stop cheating. Give your customers more for their money or they’ll give their money to someone else like I did.

    This game starts out very fun and exciting to get matches and get new characters, houses, flowers, etc. However, unless you have unlimited funds to purchase lives and diamonds, you won’t be able to complete most of the levels.

    I find it hilarious their commercials in other games make fun of their competition using fake gameplay to sell their games, but “Matching Story” is the real thing! Well, played 25 levels and it looks nothing at all like the commercial screens! Purely more of the same Candy Crush sliding match puzzles as ALL of these games. Maybe somewhere along things change, but so far, nothing at all unique. Boring.
