    I was really disappointed when I started this. The music is awful and boring (and repetitive loops) and the lessons are slow and not motivational. I asked for a refund and they instead offered me 12 months total for free. Oh yeah…I want something I don’t like even longer. Don’t waste your money.

    Easy yet effective workouts. Did two today Bollywood and Salsa. I have a hip issue but workouts were enough for me to do without a ton of pain. Still sweat even though they were the under 10 minute workouts. I feel I can keep doing this.
